(Hey y'all sorry for the huge delay between parts, I have really been struggling to find motivation to write these consistently but im doing my best. Sorry for an inconvenience. Love you all.)

Arthur then whipped the reigns of the wagon that him and Mrs Adler were on together and began leaving the gangs camp at Clemens point and heading towards the nearby town of Rhodes. On the way Mrs Adler seemed to have calmed her anger down a bit and decided to be a bit more friendly. "Where's that letter from Pearson?" She asked Arthur who then handed it to her.

"Lets see here..Ahem.." she cleared her throat "Dear Aunt Cathy..since our last letter I have travelled far and wide, making no short name for myself." She said with a cheeky grin and a mockig tone of voice as if she was impersonating Pearson as she was reading. Arthur chuckled "You are something else..remind me to never give you something of mine to post." He said as he kept the wagon moving.

"Ohhhh, so robbing and killing is okay..but letter reading is where we draw the line?" Sadie asked with a bit of a cheeky tone to her voice. "You got a point there." Arthur responded. As they kept riding to town Sadie continued to fully read Pearsons letter and make fun of him with Arthur forming a bit of a friendship with him as they arrived ourside the store and pulled the wagon up along side it. "Okay, here we are." Arthur said.

Sadie reached under her seat ajd pulled out a cattleman revolver raising it up "So whats the plan? I shoot the shopkeeper whilst you rob the place-" she asked nonchalantly. "What are you crazy?!" Arthur asked quickly taking the revolver and pushing it down as Sadie held it. "I thought we was outlaws?" Sadie asked with a bit if humour in her voice. "Outlaws...not idiots." Arthur said as he got off the wagon with Sadie now

"There'll be plenty if tine for shooting later. For now just go into the store and get the stuff in the list. Im going to go post a letter." Arthur said and began walking across town to the post office, Sadie sighed and went into the store and spoke to the shopkeeper whilst Arthur went and posted Pearsons letter. After a few minutes Arthur was making his way back to the wagon and as he got closer he noticed that Sadie looked different. She had a hat on now, a yellow longsleeve shirt, with some suspenders, some new pants more designed for males than females at the time as well as some boots and a belt with another belt for her gun holster on her hip.

As the shopkeeper was busy helping Sadie load up the wagon with the supplies, she grabbed a quarter and tossed it to him "Here, have this for yourself alright?" The shopkeeper gave her a grumbled 'thanks' in response and went inside. "Well give it back then, Jaysus!" She huffed "I didnt ask for his help."

Arthur got into the wagon whilst Sadie made sure everything was secured in the back if the wagon before joining him "Why dont you drive us back then?" He said handing her the reins. Sadie agreed and the two spent a bit more time chatting on the ride back to camp, however at the crossroads near camp they were approached by some men on horseback claiming to be Lemoyne Raiders, a rival gang who had already made this land their home and weren't too glad about having some new competition in the region.

Long story short, a gunfight broke out when Sadie lost it and shot one of the guys on horseback. It didn't go on for very long however since Arthur was basucally the best gunman in the whole gang and well Mrs Adler basically fought like a cornered pole cat. The small group of Raiders never stood a chance. As they got back onto the wagon once the fighting was done, Sadie reached for the reins which were snatched away by Arthur "No, I'll drive. Reckon you have caused enough trouble for one day. A new pair of pants and you think you're Landon Ricketts?" He said as he began driving the wagon back to camp once more.

Sadie rolled her eyes and sat quietly next to him "I can wear whatever I damn well please, you gonna tell Dutch?" She said rather dismissively. Arthur shrugged slightly "Maybe..if he asks..otherwise probably not." He said and within a few minutes they were back in camp again. He pulled the wagon up near Pearsons wagon and Pearson came to greet them as they both got off the wagon and went to the back and grabbed some supplies. "Well everything went well Pearson, I would ride with you again Mrs Adler if you will have me.." Arthur said carrying a bag on his shoulder whilst Sadie held a box in her hands and looked at Arthur with a small chuckle

"Maybe, if you can prove you can handle yourself." She said as she walked off and put the box down before taking the bag from Arthur and unpacking the supplies.
"Well thank you Mr Morgan, you have done me a great service." He said grabbing some supplies as well and taking them off the wagon to his cooking station. "Oh and nice pants Mrs Adler.." he said in a slightly mocking way.

"Oh dont you start." Sadie responded quietly unpacking some more things.

Simon had seen them come into camp together as well as Sadie's new look and came over to her. "New outfit I see, Mrs Adler?" He said as he approached the wagon next to her and grabbed some supplies to join in and help her and Pearson. "You going to complain too?" She asked dismissively.

"No, I think it looks nice and kind of suits you. Given how you and your husband shared the work I think it makes more sense for you to dress how you want." He said unpacking supplies with her still. "Thank you." Sadie responded.

"So how was your trip into town, anything exciting happen?" Simon asked her. "Well.." Sadie chuckled softly to herself before lowering her voice "Dont let Dutch here but we got into a fight on the way back and I killed every one of the bastards, even ran one over with the wagon..Oh! And I read Pearson letter." She said not wanting to be overheard and with a devious grin on her face and another small chuckle as she fetched some more supplies.

"Well, that is definitely...quite the shopping trip Mrs Adler." Simon said with a little smile. Even though it had sounded like a bit if a dangerous shopping trip he was glad that Sadie seemed almost happier now, like a caged bird set free to be in the wild, and the two continued to quietly unpack the rest of the wagon for the rest of the day whilst the rest of the gang went about their business.

(Ending it here, personally one of my favourite missions in Chapter 3 is the first mission with Sadie so I really wanted to include this mission in this story as well as put Simon in at the end for a bit so he wasnt left out. I promise, next part will be alot more Simon and Sadie centered though as I have an idea for their patrol together. Thanks for reading as always and love you all❤️)
