Chapter 11

Hope's POV:

  I pull into a parking spot and park then turned off my car. "Let's go bitches," Kate exclaims happily and opens her door to get out.

I quickly get out and open the back door for my mates then held out my hand to help them out. Rosalie set her hand on mine and I helped her out then leaned down to plant a soft kiss on the back of her hand.

"M'lady," I say in my family's accent except it's not Aunt Freya's. Rosalie smiles softly at me and steps back so I can help Alice next.

Alice grabs my hand I help her out next then I leans down to plant a kiss on the back of her hand before pulling away. "M'lady," I say getting a cute giggle from her.

"How come I don't get that special treatment?" Kate asks as she rounds the car to meet with the rest of us.

  I shut my door and lock my car before shoving my keys in my pocket. "You always get out before I get a chance too," I respond raising my eyebrow at her making her purse her lips and nod.

"That's true. Fine you're forgiven," she tells me and I shake my head with a chuckle.

"Uh huh. Let's go, bipolar ass," I respond with a slow nod and she scoffs while flipping her hair in my face as she walks ahead of us into the mall.

The three of us watch after her. "She is bipolar," Rosalie comments making me throw my hands up in victory.

"Thank you! I've been saying that. Finally someone agrees with me out loud," I exclaim getting amused smiles from the two.

We began walking into the mall where the others are waiting at the entrance. "How old are you?" Alice spoke up and I grin down at her softly.

"Technically I am 20 and gonna turn 21 this year but if you're talking about what age I am stuck at then I'm 19," I answer with a small shrug and watch as she grins before turning to Rosalie.

   "You're the only one 18. Ha!" She says sticking her tongue at her and I giggle softly at the display. Rosalie raised a perfectly shaped eyebrow down at her and wrapped her around Alice's shoulders.

"And yet you're still the only short one in our relationship," she retorts smirking as Alice gasps offendedly making me smother my laughter. She pushed Rosalie's arm off of her with a humph and stomped forward away from us.

   She pushed open the door to the mall and stalked in. I purse my lips and look at Rosalie who's still smirking.

   "She seems really mad," I comment softly and she looks at me changing her smirk to a smile, "you look beautiful when you smile."

  Her eyebrows raise and I realize my mistake that I said it out loud. "Oh uh I'm sorry. I-I didn't- I mean did. I'll just shut up now," I stutter slightly before sighing heavily and look down.

Giggling made me look up finding Rosalie covering her mouth with her hand as she looks at me in amusement.

"Take a breath, Hope," I do as she says, "you're fine and Alice will be back to the same chirpy little ball of energy in no time. I always poke fun of her but she knows it's all in love."

I nod slowly and rub the back of my neck. "Okay thanks. I just.....I just don't want to screw this up. This is all new to me. Like I don't know how this all works," I explain with a small frown.

  She gives me a soft smile, "it's nothing complicated. It's just like being in a relationship but one that is forever and we love each other unconditionally." I nod in understanding.

"Thanks for explaining. I'm sorry if I'm so clueless on this. I didn't know I could have mates in the first place," I admit in a soft tone.

   I hold open the door for her and gesture for her to first. "Thank you. There's no need to apologize, Hope. We don't expect you to automatically know everything about this. We know it's gonna take a bit of time to get used to all of this. Don't worry we will help and answer any questions you have," Rosalie reassures me and I nod with a smile.
