Nagpasalamat ako sa Prof ko nang matapos ang presentation ko. Ako lamang mag-isa imbes na kasama ko dapat ngayon si Grace. Major namin ito at mukhang hindi kumbinsedo si ma'am na may family matters si Grace. But seeing her to be this smiley all throughout my presenation is a good thing.

My batch mates also expressed how they understand fully the discussion and I thanked them for that. I made the PPT two days ago and I just prepared and rehearsed an hour ago during our vacant with the parts that supposed to be Grace's.

"Ms. Aaubrhys, can I ask for the PPT you made? I like the font, the designs and arrangement of texts... if you don't mind?" Nabigla pa ako sa sinabi ni ma'am. Kaagad ko rin naman pinasa sa kaniya dahil baka makalimutan ko pa mamaya.

Saktong nag-dismissed yung Prof namin kaya nakalabas kaagad ako at akala ko nagbibiro lang si Neo, sinabihan ko naman siyang may solo presentation ako kanina. Agad ko siyang sinalubuong ng mahigpit na yakap. Wala akong pakialam kung pagtititnginan kami ng dumadaan.

His rosewood scent calmed my nerves after spending my 10 hours here in school. We are in the hallway and the sun has already finds it escape. Just like me who have Neo as my escape after a long tiring day. It's a pity that I did not even took a picture of the sunset.

Before I can bury my nose in his neck, I pulled away in an instant. I smiled at Neo who seem to get more handsome everyday. His skin is more glowing right now. Mas maputi pa ata siya kaysa sa akin.

"Shall we?" He offered his left hand and I took it as we intertwined it.

"You're not wearing your backpack," I commented when I noticed he just brought himself and nothing else.

He nodded while a big smile is escaping his lips. "I went home earlier and I wanted to surprise you." Bumagsak sa likuran ko ang titig niya at nagtanong. "Is your bag heavy? Should I carry it?"

Nanlalaking mga mata akong tumanggi sa kaniya. Nakakahiya naman, maliban sa laptop ay isang notebook lang din ang laman nito.

"Then where are we going?" I asked. I felt kind of excited. Because of every time he will say "I'll make it up, asap" the things that he will do will remain memorable. Sometimes, he will bring me to a zoo where there are plenty of animals. I'm still amazed even though I went to a hundred when I was in highschool. We will also go on a picnic, or the most recent is he will cook for my chosen favorite dish or dessert.

Ah, I felt like he is treating me like a spoiled brat.

"I wanna go somewhere breezy."

I burst into laughter because the way he said it was too cute.

I nodded my head and bit my lower lip. "Not a bad idea. So a sea it is?"

Malamig ang simoy ng hangin habang binabaktas namin ang daan sa likod ng building. Ang sabi ni Neo ay doon niya pinark ang sasakyan niya.

As I glance at Neo I smiled quietly. He looks handsome with a white oversize shirt on and black trousers. His jaw line looks refined in his side profile too.

When he caught me staring at him, I averted my gaze to the ground and did not say anything. When we reached his car he opened the door in the shotgun seat.

"Give me your bag." I thanked him for his kind offer. Pagkatapos niyang maisarado ang shotgun seat inilapag niya naman ng may ingat ang bag ko bago umupo sa driver's seat.
