I haven't seen her ever since. We send out flyers of her gone missing, but no one has seen her. Not even at the end of my final exams, she returned.
Once done, I packed my bags to head back to the hell hole, but this time, it will be full-time. Unlike the others students, I have a job straight away. I was even allowed to live there, while saving my money I get there. To be honest, I don't really know what I wanted to do in the first place, so it can't be that bad, right?
I arrived there in the morning, greeted by the butler. "Welcome back Miss N/A, did you have a good journey here?" he said bowing at me. "It was okay" I replied not carrying if it sounded a little arrogant. I haven't forgotten about this strictness back then, this was my little payback. He took my bags and told me to follow him to my own room. "I have my own room?" I said surprised. "Of course, we are pleased to see you back, we thought you might like a little privacy of your own" he said, opening the door, revealing a huge room. I stood there amazed at the large room; it has a bath room and a balcony...JACKPOT!!! Walter had to chuckle at my face, as my jaw has dropped down "According to your face, I assume this room is to your liking." "Absolutely" I whispered, inspecting the room, spinning around slowly. "Why don't you rest for now Miss N/A. We expect you to work tonight" I nodded at him, seeing him leave the room in silence. I took the time to take a little nap, setting the alarm on my phone. "8pm should be fine" I said to myself placing the device on to the bedside table.
BEEEP BEEP BEEEP!!!!!!!!!! ....... CRASH!!!!!!!!
I jumped up hearing the sound of something crushing, I was sure that it didn't belong to the alarm. I froze as I saw what had happened. I forgot all about him.....the psychopath of this place....how could I forget??? He smiled at me, while sitting on my bed, holding a broken mobile in his hands. This got me out of my shock. "Didn't you have enough of breaking my phone before you psycho?!" I yelled hitting his shoulder. "It nice to see you too, dear. Where have you been this whole time?" he said acting like an old friend of mine. "Don't change the subject. That was my bloody phone!!!" I screamed now, having a fit. He only shrugged at me "This thing was making an annoying sound...I killed it, to silence it."
Is he an idiot or what?
"Do you really expect me to believe me that crap?!" I never heard such rubbish in my life, like a phone is some kind of animal. Instead of an apology, he opened his hand to let the tiny pieces fall on the floor. I watched as my new phone was spread everywhere, like confetti. Completely lost for words, he leaned forward, nearing my face. "Let me make it up to you" he said, giving me a quick kiss. I looked at him, before looking down to the floor. "My phone...." I mumbled. He didn't like to be ignored and caught my head in his, kissing me passionately this time. That got my attention. I pushed him of, giving him a slap across the face. I was angry now, but also confused...this kiss felt familiar.
Instead of fury, he smiled at my action, holding his red cheek "Such a violent way to show your affection, dearest." "You don't deserve it any better!" I shouted, getting off the bed. "You used to be nicer to me" he said all of a sudden. "Never, ever have I been nice to you!!!..." I replied out of the bath room, coming out in my maid uniform. I still hate this maid café dress! "...you always have been nothing but trouble for me!" He looked at me, with a smile...another familiar act. Where the hell have I seen that smug before??? I prefer to think about it in the morning, bowing at him "Now if you excuse me, unlike you, I got a job to do! Good evening" With that I slammed the door shut leaving him in there alone.
