15. The resemblance

I don't know if I get insane or lose my sense of logic. The kiss felt familiar to Valeria's that one night, my knees went weak and I wanted to last for a long time. But when it comes to the sicko lat night, I could only vomit...even though I have to admit...he is a good kisser.

Because of this man, I can't stop thinking of Valeria...the more I am around him...the more I miss that annoying girl. I don't even have a photo of her, or anything that reminds me of here...except my memories. But then again...that smug of his...is also similar to his. My thought was interrupted by the butler checking up on me. "Miss N/A, please make the office tonight, we expect visitors tomorrow morning." I nodded at Walter, before asking him what had been bugging me just now "Walter...that man in red..." "Alucard?" "Yes...him...does he have any relatives...like a cousin or a daughter?" The butler shook his head "not that I know of. Please finish your work tonight." He left me with my thoughts again, only to be interrupted by another person. It was Seras and Pip; I haven't met them before, as Alucard bothered me too much to notice. They asked how it all was with me and if I like my job and such, that is, until I told him about the stalker in red. Seras seemed to be surprised about it "So you are the one Master is been seeing every night."

"...Master?" I asked confused. Neither Sera nor Pip seem to see the problem. "Master Alucard is Seras master, since he is the one who turned her" said the captain casual, like I should have known that from the beginning. "Turn her to what?" I pushed on, till she spoke up, smiling at me "I am a vampire, according to Master; I am the lowest of the low." She didn't seem to be happy of her 'masters' comment, but that wasn't my concern. I could only laugh at their creative minds "Vampire...good joke...like they ever exist!"

They looked at each other, like I was insane.

Pip assumed that I should ask Alucard in person, I still didn't believe them though. It couldn't hurt him such a ridiculous question.

But from what about to hear, I have a lot more questions to ask him, as my phone rang. I picked up and Alice was waiting on the other side.

"N/A?"

"The one and only" I joked.

"Drop it, it's serious! Have you found Valeria?"

"No, why?"

"Do you remember that she was a little...odd at times?"

"Yes?"

"I went to all the places you two went and you will not believe what I found out" her sound was shaking a little"

"I'm listening..."

After our conversation, I didn't understand anything anymore. All this could only do something not human, but why didn't I notice before? Somehow I could consider myself lucky, as I have one creature I could ask all about it, although, I really don't want to get near him and closer than I have to.
