NICO STOOD NEXT to marie in the kitchen, all of the dallas teams players standing around. everything was fine, sure the boys were being loud but nico easily got used to it, until cam decided to start yelling
"to the bus! now! to the bus, im tired of yall boys. yall too loud and ugly, yall talk too fuckin much" cam kept talking loudly as they all filed out in based a straight line
marie told cam that she was gonna take nico in her car so they could finish eating.
marie had made hard boiled eggs and toast for pretty much everyone ( unless they opted for cereal like nico did )
"so, nico, when you gonna tell nelson you like him?" marie asked once all of the boys had left. nicos head snapped up, her spoon losing all the cereal it had on there.
the young girls face twisted with confusion, "what?" she questioned, assuming she'd heard marie wrong
marie smirked, "you heard me. when are you gonna tell him? i mean its obvious he likes you and you definitely like him too"
nico started to laugh, thinking marie was just messing with her. marie deadpanned nico, waiting for her to realize.
after another spoonful of cereal, the blonde looked back up, meeting maries eyes. "ohh, you arent kidding" nicos small smile dropped
"no duh" marie mocked, rolling her eyes playfully, finding nicos obvliousness kind of adorable in a stupid way.
nico sighed, "what makes you think he like's me?" she asked, trying to trip marie up but she didn't stutter once.
"okay, first of all, yesterday when you told cam nelson wasnt your boyfriend- did you see how offended he got?" marie started
nico quickly intervened, "how do you even know about that?"
marie responded sharply, "cam tells me everything, he's like your biggest shipper. now, shut up and let me tell you."
"second of all, the way he looks at you, my lord girl he's inlove! third of all, the way he looks out for you?! girl how blind are you?"
nico deep down really wished everything marie said was true but knew it most likely wasnt. "yeah ill believe when he says it" nico told the older girl who just shook her head with a smile
marie muttered, "god you're stubborn"
the blonde ignored the comment, "you ready to go? they're probably halfway there by now"
