CRYSTAL sat on her white sofa, fully immersed in the college football game that was playing on her TV. It was times like this that she hated being in a long-distance relationship. Crystal truly loved Stanford, and was proud to be a student there, but she hated not being able to support Caleb at USC in person.
It sucked even more that this was such an important game. USC was facing one of their main rivals, UCLA. The entire game had been tense, but it was currently in the 4th quarter with only a few seconds remaining. USC was up 21-16, so in celebration Crystal rose from her sofa doing a celebratory dance, the same dance she would've been doing had she actually been in the stands.
"You did so good baby." Crystal spoke to the TV as a camera panned onto Caleb. She was so excited to talk to him within the next couple of hours and gush about how proud of him she was.
Her smile quickly fell as she watched Caleb throw a perfect pass only for it to be intercepted and UCLA ran it all the way into the in-zone. After they made the field goal the score was now 21-23, and there wasn't enough time for USC to do anything to come back. In the blink of an eye, USC had lost.
Crystal watched as the camera showed an obviously upset Caleb walking towards the tunnel to get to the locker room, his head hung low. She'd always admired his passion for football, but she hated to see how much of a toll losses took on him.
Crystal plopped back down on her white sofa, now feeling even more helpless. She knew there would only be so much she could say or do to cheer him up over the phone. It wasn't long before she knew what she had to do. Crystal quickly went to grab her laptop, booking the first flight to LA she could find. She only had a couple of hours until the flight left, so she'd have to move fast.
The sound of her phone ringing distracted her from packing. After retrieving her phone she saw it was an incoming Facetime call from Caleb, when she answered he was sitting in the locker room.
"Hey Baby!" Crystal spoke cheerfully, thinking maybe her enthusiasm would make him feel better, but it didn't.
"Hey" He responded dryly, making Crystal frown. "Did you watch the game?" He continued.
"Yea, you did a really good job Caleb. They just got really lucky at the end so try not to beat yourself up about it."
"Nah...they didn't get lucky, I fucked up in a crucial moment and it cost us the game. I let down my team...the fans...you--"
"Caleb you did not let anyone down, especially not me. I'm always proud of you no matter what, win or lose."
"Thanks...I wish you were here." His words caused Crystal's heart to flutter, she had to move out of the camera a bit so he wouldn't see her smiling about the surprise she had in store for him.
"I wish I was there too, I'll try to make the next game. But listen, I have an 8am in the morning so I need to head to bed."
"Oh, yea, okay, talk to you later then I guess." Caleb responded, obviously caught off guard by Crystal's desire to hang up.
"Love you, bye!" Crystal said quickly hanging up.
She didn't have much longer before she had to be at the airport. She quickly zipped up the Nike duffle bag she had packed, doing a quick check to make sure she had all of her belongings before walking out the door.
After about a 20 minute drive, she was at the airport, finding herself more and more excited the closer she got to seeing Caleb. The flight from Stanford to LA was only an hour and 30 minutes, so it wasn't long before Crystal was walking through LAX.
Before getting into her uber she stopped at the convenience store grabbing Caleb's favorite snacks and a little bear, hoping it would help in her mission to cheer him up. Crystal was all smiles as the uber pulled up to Caleb's apartment complex, and with the help of the concierge, she found herself knocking on Caleb's door.
It wasn't long before Caleb opened the door, a look of shock and happiness appearing on his face as he pulled Crystal into a hug.
"Surprise!" She spoke into the hug, feeling content to be back in his arms.
"Wait what're you doing here? Don't you have class tomorrow?" Caleb asked, making Crystal shrug in response "You needed me here so I came. I'll just email my professors and tell them I'm sick."
Caleb found himself feeling extremely grateful for his girlfriend at the moment. Just from being in her presence the results of the game, and all the negative emotions that came from it, had floated to the back of his mind.
"Oh look I brought you some snacks and this little bear." Crystal said holding up the gift bag with a smile, making Caleb smile as he took the bag from her.
"Thank you Crystal, seriously. Come on, get inside." He said while taking her duffel bag from her and stepping aside so she could enter the apartment.
Crystal looked around upon entry, seeing not much had changed since her last visit. She turned around to question Caleb about a new picture he had hanging, but the words never left her mouth as Caleb pulled her into a passionate kiss. He hadn't seen his girlfriend in weeks and wanted to make sure she knew just how appreciative he was for her surprising him.
Crystal immediately kissed Caleb back, allowing his tongue to freely explore her mouth. As the kiss intensified, the couple began to shed layers of clothing and making their way to Caleb's sofa.
Caleb broke the kiss to begin kissing Crystal in her most sensitive spots, starting at her neck and working his way down, until he was face to face with her pearl. Crystal moaned out in pleasure, attaching her hands to Caleb's head as he used his tongue to pleasure her. Caleb knew her body like the back of his hand so it wasn't long before Crystal's legs began to shake and she released all of her juices into Caleb's mouth.
He pulled away, but before Crystal could properly catch her breath he'd slid his manhood into her wetness. Their cries of pleasure filled the room as the two reveled in the pleasure they were experiencing.
"Fuckkk" Both Crystal and Caleb moaned as they both reached climax. Caleb laid next to Crystal in a comfortable silence as they came down from their highs.
"I really appreciate you coming down." Caleb eventually spoke, "It's nothing. I'm just glad I could cheer you up."
"I love you." He said in response causing Crystal to smile, "I love you too."
In that moment, seeing how happy Caleb was, Crystal knew she'd made the right decision to surprise him.
