**EDITED VERSION**

I was getting ready to head for bed when Lennie came out of the shower. My cheeks flushed with embarrassment when I saw his muscular body and only had on a towel.

"Lennie, you should get some clothes on," I said.

"I know that but I thought it was only fair since I saw you in a towel," Lennie said.

"I gotta leave early in the morning...Barry and Joe need me on a case," I sighed.

"I'm absolutely fine with that," he said.

"You're going to pull another job with Lisa and Mick," I sighed.

"Relax, I made a deal not to kill anyone and in return, not telling your brother's secret," Lennie said.

"That's not really fair," I stated.

"Well, let's get some rest before we go to work," Lennie said.

I brushed my hair and tied it up to a bun. I found Lennie looking at my old childhood pictures.

"That's me with Barry and my parents on my 8th birthday," I informed him.

"You look adorable...."

"That was two weeks before my mother was killed by the man in yellow...so it's kinda hard to forget," I said.

"I barely remember my mother and you don't want to meet my father," Lennie said coldly.

"I gotta see my dad who's in jail for 'killing' my mom but I remember those red eyes of the man in yellow," I said.

Lennie hugged me and I was wiping my tears away.

"My mom wanted to protect me from being killed which resulted in her losing her life" I sighed, "I guess that's why I became a cop...to stop murderers like him and get justice for those who can't."

"I'm not the right person to say this but your mother would be proud of you," Lennie said.

"Thanks Lennie," I smiled, biting my bottom lip.

I pecked his lips and went straight to sleep.

I woke up the next day, with Lennie gone and the smell of breakfast. Lennie came inside with blueberry muffins, chocolate chip pancakes, and caramel Frappuccino.

"You're seriously trying to get things to be official between us," I teased.

"Well, you need to get some time off soon because I want to take you out on another date at a place I know but you can't bring your badge or gun there," Lennie smirked.

"I'll think about it....in the meantime, I have to get to work," I said.

I left the apartment but I went back there to give Lennie his special kiss for bringing me breakfast.

"Bye and promise me that-"

"I won't kill anyone and that's a promise," he smiled.

"Is that a smile, I see???" I teased.

"Shouldn't you be going off to work right now???"

I laughed and went off to work, meeting with Joe and Barry. I took a sip of my Frappuccino as I walked into the tense room.

"Hey guys, what's going on here?"

"It's nothing....we have a bad guy who's imitating one of the most dangerous criminals ever," Joe explained.

"Who exactly are we talking about?"

"The Trickster," Barry answered.

"Wow, that's one seriously bad guy," I said.
