The night Jango and Shmi returned from the hospital with a little girl named Aisha Skywalker-Fett was a quiet one. Well it was quiet for the parents. Anakin didn't sleep. He never fell asleep and didn't leave his bed until he heard his sisters voice in his head. Brother. Brother can you please help me. Help me please brother. Anakin immediately jumped out of bed and ran his little legs as fast as he could to Aisha's crib. The little baby stared at him with brown eyes and smiled as he started to pick her up. Aisha immediately nuzzled her head into Anakin's chest. Anakin sat in the rocking chair by the corner and hummed an old lullaby his mother would hum to him.
He knew his mother was resting after the tough birth. She was in labor for 20 hours but, it brought them a little bundle of sunshine. Aisha was a sun in the force. It would be impossible for either the Jedi or Sidious to have felt her. He immediately began to shield her in the force. The Jedi wouldn't take his baby sister and Sidious certainly wouldn't either. Anakin would protect her from everyone who would hurt her.
Shmi and Jango both woke up early in the morning the next day. Both were walking to Aisha's room when they noticed Anakin's room open. They peeked in to see Aisha asleep nuzzled into Anakin's side. Shim's heart melted at the sight in front of her. She was surprised why she hadn't woken up during the night. Now she knows why, Anakin must have put his younger sister back to sleep. She hadn't noticed that Jango had left her side until he came back with a sleeping Boba in his arms. Shmi had a feeling all of her children would get along just fine.
Aisha opened her eyes and began to let out soft cry's and whimpers. Shmi picked her up and saw the look in the little girls eyes. She knew this look. Anakin had the same one when he was hungry. She immediately nursed Aisha until she fell back asleep on her chest. Anakin stirred from his dream and saw his mother and Aisha. He looked to his left to see Boba and his father staring at them.
"Good morning Anakin. I'm gonna make breakfast so you better be in the kitchen in 10 minutes." Shmi smiled and walked out of the room with Aisha Jango and Boba.
Anakin didn't eat much. He kept having worse and worse thoughts about himself. He didn't feel like he deserved this. All he did was bring pain and death and destruction. It's what he brought to Ahsoka, Obi-Wan, his mother, and Padmé. He started to the hear sounds of his sisters soft cry's and immediately began to calm her down with the force. All she did in return was smile at him.
I love you little sister.
I love you too big brother.
Aisha was a quick learner. Anakin knew it was because of the force. She was only 10 months old when she said her first words.
It was late at night. It was Aisha's first Christmas. She had been playing with her dolls when she felt her self get hungry. She reached her arms out to Shmi trying to get her attention. When Shmi didn't notice she tried to speak out. "Mama, mama!" Everyone in the room turned to face her as Shmi picked her up.
"That's right I'm your mama. Can you say it again, say mama." Shmi was so happy that her little daughter could say mama. Aisha went crazy saying mama and would say it constantly until she learned how to says dada, Ani, and Boba. She always stayed with her siblings. Anakin watched her like a hawk when he wasn't using his Holocron and Boba loved to play with her. The family was growing, Jango and Shmi got married a month after Aisha's first birthday. Everyone but Anakin took the Fett name, he made it clear that Jango was his dad but, Skywalker would always be his name. All was great for the Skywalker-Fett family until Anakin was 14 and went back to Tatooine.
