The senate was going crazy. Reports of a man with a Jedi weapon had gone down to Tatooine and ripped apart the slavers. Jabba the Hutt and his men were dead. His palace was burnt down to ash. Dead bodies were being burned after being defiled by the people. Few senators were happy because they were free. Some were upset because they believed this new man was a threat. Others had deals with Jabba for materials only on Tatooine, things they weren't getting anymore.

Padmé woke up that morning hoping for a calmer day at the Senate. She was feeling slightly better but she was still sick and had a terrible headache. But Padmé Amidala never missed work. Padmé Naberrie wanted to stay home and do nothing for the day. Until she heard word that Tatooine's slaves had been liberated by some fake Jedi.

When she got to the Senate, everyone was yelling. Palpatine and Mas Amedda couldn't control them. It was another Ten minutes before the senate was silent. More news was pouring in from across the Galaxy. Tatooine was no longer just a desert, it had three different worlds on it. Desert, Forests, and the polar ice. Two dragons were spotted in the air when the land began to change. Many of the animals were now peaceful and befriended the people.

She listened to many of the arguments. It was obvious people wanted them in the Republic as a way to sway the uneducated on giving planets unfair trades for themselves. Ever since she joined the Senate, every new thing seems to be even bigger than the last. There was the whole Sith Interceptor thief, when she was training for it, there was another sighting of a man (or cyborg?) with a red lightsaber. They said he stood at seven feet tall and had mechanical limbs on. He showed up on Mandalore three times, once on Corellia, and once on Naboo. Slave traders were being found dead with their limbs missing and blood everywhere. One of them was connected to Naboo and had a note written just for her. The note said "Do better Amidala."

Even more news came in of a missing Jedi youngling. According to Jedi Master Plo Koon, the missing Jedi youngling was Ahsoka Tano. She was a small Togruta girl and was last seen at the Temple cafeteria.

Anakin Skywalker had the biggest smirk on his face. He walked into the kitchen to see his mother, Jango, and Ahsoka watching the news on the Holo television. When he walked in he heard the news of a missing Jedi youngling and saw Ashoka's picture.

Shmi had a very nasty glare on her. It was the only one besides Padmé's that could make him slightly scared. "Anakin Skywalker tell me why there is a "missing kid" in my house!" Anakin was more than just slightly scared. Even Ahsoka was scared for him. "Well she wanted to stay with me. And those puppy eyes are worse than mine. I could never say no to her." Anakin said with a scared look on his face and his voice slightly wavered.

Ahsoka looked up at Shmi. "I did want to go with him. I didn't want to be a Jedi and he was the only person I could look to. He was very nice to me, not many other kids were that nice to me." Shim's heart broke for the girl and pulled her into a hug. "It's okay Ashoka. I'm very happy you are here. But I would like to know when my son is bringing people home with him. Especially Jedi kids."

Aisha walked in at that moment and ran full speed into Anakin, while Boba followed shortly behind and ran into his dad. Both of them looked at Ashoka and asked her what her name was.

Ahsoka smiled at Anakin's younger siblings. "I'm Ahsoka, what's your name?" Both of his siblings introduced themselves and then dragged her off to play with them.

Jango looked at Anakin. "I'm surprised you got back so quickly Ani." Jango smiled and Shmi looked ready to cry. "Ani what happened on Tatooine. You did not have that cut by your eye last time I saw you. I didn't say anything for Ahsoka's sake last night but you were hurt. I didn't want to say anything. Ani, they said things about Tatooine. That the land has changed, the slaves are free and the slavers are dead. Ani you are different. What happened to you Ani? Please do your mother a favor and talk to her." Shmi was now openly crying. Her son came home changed. He was quiet and very protective of the young girl. It was like when he first came to Mandalore again. He was quiet and didn't want anyone to know what he was doing.
