Breaking Basses {C.H}

You worked in a small music store, customers came and went...not many but at least the business made enough to keep going. You were fixing someone's guitar strings then you heard screaming. You looked up and saw Calum Hood walking into the store, now all the screaming made sense. You kept a straight face even though you were fan girling on the inside. You passed the guitar to your colleague and asked him to finish up whilst you attended to Calum "hi do you need help with anything?" you asked with a smile. "No..." Calum turned around and became a little flustered at the sight of you "umm I...I'm looking for a new bass" he stuttered out. You thought it was cute that he was acting all flustered, since you were internally screaming "right this way" you smiled walking over to the racks of basses "were have a large range" you giggled. "Thanks" he said picking up a bass, but it slipped from his sweaty, clammy hands and landed on the floor and broke "omg I am so sorry, I will pay for that" Calum immediately said, feeling like an idiot because he just embarrassed himself in front of you "nah it's okay, it was an old one anyway, last year's stock we never thought we'd sell it anyway" you giggled and picked up the pieces and placed it on the counter to be put in the trash later "no I broke it I need to pay for it" he said "I have broken numerous basses in this shop, it isn't a big deal okay. Don't worry about it" you said before pulling out a mint green bass "I think this is the bass for you" you said handing it to him "just don't drop it" you giggled. Calum's eyes examined the bass and he smiled "I'll take it" he said. You both went over to the counter and he paid "hey" he said before leaving "since you won't let me pay for the bass, at least let me take you out for dinner, I mean it was kinda your fault I dropped it anyway" he smirked "how was it my fault?" you asked "well I dropped it because your extremely pretty and I got all flustered around you" "I finish at seven" "great see you then" he smiled before leaving the music store.
