IN WHICH matt sturniolo completely cast aside any thoughts of his childhood enemy, dilara dean, the memory of her merely becoming taboo amongst his head and around his friends. years have passed since he has even thought about her, following her move to arizona at the age of fifteen. he's left everything about her behind, all the way from their endless bickering to the very tense moments they shared whenever they so much as connected eyes together. but now, he hears her name in a certain spotify advert and it's as though everything comes rushing back. that and the very prominent factor that she's currently in los angeles, the very place he, his brothers and friends are staying for the winter season. he's curious as to whether the old hatred will build up once more or new emotions will ensnare him. well, there's only one way to find out.
OR IN WHICH dilara dean has dreamt of being a singer for as long as she can remember, the concept one that kept her up during the late hours of her childhood creating scenarios until her eyes grew tired and her mind could no longer race. she finds it hard to believe she's actually accomplished such a career though and when she moves to los angeles to fulfill it all, her life takes a turn. she's once more reunited with her childhood friends and most importantly her childhood nemesis. except, he's different now. there's something about him that seems to tilt the world on its axis, to make it impossible to hate him the way she swore she forever would. she can't fall for someone she's hated for years, someone her younger self had promised to never see in a new light, can she? it appears she doesn't really have a choice because her heart calls his name when she walks away from him and her mind is repeating a symphony of her emotions

001, this is a sequel to my chris fic 'wrong number' but it can be easily read as a standalone. the only important things i think worth mentioning are that chris and rena are together and two original characters river and andrea are together. rena also didn't know any of the other characters growing up seeing as she met them much later, with drea being the first she met.
002, whilst i most definitely will never write smut for the triplets, mature themes will be included in this fic such a makeout scenes and alcohol usage but of course, never anything explicit
003, out of character behaviour is present during this fic but i'm sure that this is obvious seeing as this is all pure fiction
004, this fic is probably going to be shorter than my others (depending on how it works out) and therefore, fast paced but the update times will vary
