CHAPTER TWENTY THREE: Secrets Revealed

                “Are you ready Scorpius?” said Draco as Scorpius waved his mother goodbye, Scorpius then nodded

“Yeah dad.” Said Scorpius

“Well hold on.” Said Draco, Scorpius then held on to his father’s arm and they apparated to Godric’s Hollow, Scorpius had agreed to come and visit James because in James’ words “he was dying of boredom”, Draco agreed to drop him off at the Potters house because he was off to work

                “So you’ll Floo back home?” said Draco as they appeared outside the Potters house

“Yeah,” said Scorpius “well bye dad.”

“Bye son,” Said Draco clapping a hand on Scorpius’ shoulder “just tell Ginny to put your broom back to normal size.” Draco shrank Scorpius’ Nimbus 3000 so it could fit in his pocket as they apparated, Scorpius just nodded and Draco disapparated.

                Scorpius then walked up to the Potters’ front door and knocked, the snow wasn’t very bad just yet, it was passable by Quidditch standards. The door opened and revealed a girl with red hair, and brown eyes, Scorpius smiled politely at her

“Hi, I’m Scorpius” he said introducing himself “you must be Lily? Is James around?”

                Lily went a little pink but nodded

“Lily who’s there?” came another woman’s voice, Lily and Scorpius both looked and saw James’ mother Ginny.

“Hi Mrs. Potter, I’m Scorpius I was wondering if James was around?” said Scorpius politely, Ginny smiled and nodded

 “Yes he’s around, come in, come in he told me you were coming you’re Draco’s son right?” Scorpius nodded and got in

“Make yourself at home dear I was just making some hot chocolate, Lily why don’t you call J-“

“Scorpius mate!” Scorpius looked up and saw James sliding down the stairs’ railings “At last you came! I was dying of boredom!” Scorpius just chuckled,

                “James how many times do I have to tell you?” Ginny shrieked “DO NOT SLIDE DOWN THE STAIRS’ RAILINGS! YOU COULD GET HURT! DO YOU-“

“Yes, yes mother I understand.” James muttered as he dragged Scorpius to the living room

“So where are we playing Quidditch?” said Scorpius as he walked around the living room, checking out the pictures “I must say you do look rather funny here.” He said gesturing to the photo Alexia kept laughing at when she went for dinner the other night, the one where he kept falling off his broom. James rolled his eyes

“Alexia kept laughing at that one.” He said “she tried holding it back at first which was quite successful but after mum mentioned the whole story of it at dinner she kept laughing like a mad man whenever she saw it.” Scorpius just chuckled; he knew Alexia was there the other night

 “Oh yeah, my dad shrunk my broom so it could fit in my pocket when we apparated it would look quite weird if I had a broom and there are some muggles around.” Said Scorpius “So he told me to ask your mum to put it back to normal size when we play, which is when?”

“Oh yeah c’mon” said James as he ran to a closet and got out his Nimbus 3000 “let’s get mum to put your broom to normal size first though.” They ran to the kitchen and found Ginny making some hot chocolate
