"Kai, please don't come in. They specifically said I should come alone." Indigo insisted.

"Indi, you can't go in there by yourself."

"I can and I am."

She got out of the car and went into the building. It smelt like mould and rust, and this made her feel stuffy. The floors were filthy and there were no lights except for the one up ahead. She followed the light, which lead her to the ruins of what looked like a furniture shop. She pushed opened the rusty security gate and it squeaked loudly, so her sneaking in was now off the list.

"Hello?" She called out.

She almost couldn't hear anything except her own heartbeat.

"Why hello Mrs. Conrad." Said a woman in a mask.

"Conrad?" Indigo was surprised.

"Last time I checked that is your surname, right?"

"What the hell? Who the heck are you?"

"Now now, is that any way to speak to your elders?" The lady laughed as she revealed the knife she was hiding.

"Where is Sage?" She insisted.

"Oh, that little pumpkin? She's doing just fine. Better off without you, that's for sure."

"Enough of the mind games! What the hell do you want from me?" Indigo was frustrated. "And if it's money you want, I'm sorry but you've kidnapped the wrong girl."

"Oh Indigo, still as dumb as a doorknob. Anyone with two eyes and a brain can see that you're dirt poor." The lady spat as she stepped closer to Indigo. "No Indigo, what we want is better than money, we want revenge."

Before she could speak again, someone was behind her with a cloth laced with chloroform. She struggled to get out of their grip but they were too strong and she could feel her body growing weak. She finally gave in and slipped into unconsciousness. The kidnappers let her body fall to the ground as their discussed the perfect location for her. They cuffed her hands and tied her legs, then they dragged her to the ruined remains of a bed. After a few minutes she started regaining consciousness. She blinked a few times so that her eyes could adjust.

"Oh, good. You're up. I was starting to think I killed you. That's no fun, is it?" Said a man in a mask.

"Who are you?"

"Tsk tsk tsk, you know I hate it when you question me." The man walked closer to the bed.

"Stop being cowards and show me your faces." Indigo insisted.

The man quietly walked up to her with his fists balled up, he plunged his fist right onto her face and her nose started bleeding, she could feel it.

"You shouldn't talk to me like that." Said the man.

"I'm not scared of you." Indigo spat.

"Is that so?" Said the man as he reached for his mask, he yanked it off his face. "How about now?" He smirked.

"Seth?!"
