Vihaan's body crumpled to the floor, his eyes rolling back in his head, but his hand remained clasped around Trisha's fingers, holding on for dear life. "Vihaan!" Shreyansh, Raghav, and Arav screamed in unison, their voices laced with worry and panic.

Shreyansh rushed towards him, his face etched with concern. "Vihaan, open your eyes!" he pleaded, shaking Vihaan's shoulders gently.

Arav bent down beside him, his eyes scanning Vihaan's body. "Vihaan!" he repeated, his voice firm but worried.

As Arav's hand brushed against the back of Vihaan's head, he felt a sticky substance. He pulled his hand back, and his eyes widened in horror. "Blood!" he exclaimed, his voice trembling.

Shreyansh's eyes snapped towards Arav, his face pale. "He met with an accident," he said, his voice barely above a whisper.

Arav's eyes locked onto Shreyansh's. "He needs treatment, now!" he urged, his voice firm.

Shreyansh and Arav tried to lift Vihaan off the floor, but his grip on Trisha's fingers remained unyielding. Raghav's eyes narrowed. "Remove his hand from her fingers first," he instructed, his voice firm.

Arav tried to pry Vihaan's fingers loose, but even in his faint condition, Vihaan's hold remained steadfast. "He's holding her tightly," Arav said, his voice filled with concern.

Shreyansh joined in, trying to gently coax Vihaan's fingers open, but Vihaan's fist remained clenched around Trisha's hand. "Vihaan, leave her!" Shreyansh pleaded, his voice laced with desperation.

But Vihaan's grip didn't waver. Shreyansh and Arav tried again, their faces set with determination. Finally, after what seemed like an eternity, they managed to release Vihaan's fingers from Trisha's hand. Vihaan's arm fell limp, his body sagging against the floor...

"Vihaan, open your eyes," Shreyansh said in a worried tone, his voice laced with concern, as he and Arav lifted Vihaan's limp body and carefully carried him out of Trisha's room.

Raghav remained by Trisha's side, his eyes fixed on her fingers, which were stained with Vihaan's blood. His heart skipped a beat as he recalled the way Vihaan had clutched her hand, refusing to let go even in his faint state. Raghav's eyes narrowed, a mix of emotions swirling inside him.

He gently took out his handkerchief and began to wipe away the blood from Trisha's fingers, his touch tender. As he cleaned her hand, he couldn't help but gaze at her face, his eyes filled with a deep concern. Trisha's pale skin and sunken eyes seemed to haunt him, a constant reminder of the pain she had endured.

"I will not let him hurt you again," Raghav vowed, his voice low and determined, as he felt a stone form in his heart. He was torn between his love for his sister and his sympathy for Vihaan, but the fear of seeing Trisha in pain again overrode his emotions.

As her brother, Raghav felt responsible for keeping Trisha happy and safe. The thought of Vihaan, the man who had brought tears to her eyes, made his heart ache. He wanted Vihaan away from Trisha, away from the pain and the heartache. Raghav's mind raced with memories of Trisha's smiles, her laughter, and her tears, all of which seemed to be connected to Vihaan.

With a heavy heart, Raghav tucked the handkerchief back into his pocket and turned his attention to Trisha, his eyes never leaving her face. He would do everything in his power to ensure her happiness, even if it meant keeping Vihaan away from her. The thought brought a pang of sorrow, but Raghav steeled himself, his love for his sister overriding all other emotions.

" We will leave this city soon " he whipped
