Half an hour later, Vihaan's eyes began to flutter open, and he slowly regained consciousness. As his gaze adjusted to the light, he saw Arya and Shreyansh sitting beside him, their faces etched with concern. He tried to speak, but his voice was hoarse, and he winced in pain, his forehead throbbing. Arya and Shreyansh exchanged a relieved glance as Vihaan's eyes locked onto theirs.

"Vihaan," Shreyansh whispered, his voice trembling with emotion.

"Bhai," Arya added, her eyes welling up with tears.

Vihaan's gaze drifted between them, his head still cloudy. He tried to sit up, but a wave of pain washed over him, forcing him back onto the bed. Shreyansh rushed to his side, supporting him.

"How are you feeling?" Shreyansh asked, his voice laced with worry.

But Vihaan's concern wasn't for himself. He struggled to sit up again, his eyes pleading with Shreyansh. "Did Trisha... did she get her consciousness back? How is she now? I want to see her," he whispered, his voice cracking with pain and desperation.

Shreyansh and Arya
exchanged a knowing glance, and Shreyansh gently pushed Vihaan back onto the bed. "Vihaan, you need to rest. You've been through a lot."

But Vihaan's determination only grew stronger. He grasped Shreyansh's arm, his eyes burning with intensity. "Please, Shreyansh. I need to see her. I need to know she's okay." I want to meet her "

"Please, let me go! I'm fine," Vihaan begged, trying to break free from Shreyansh's grasp as he attempted to stand up from the bed. But Shreyansh held him firm, his expression a mix of concern and something else - something that looked almost like accusation.

"She's not here, Vihaan. She's gone," Shreyansh said, his voice firm but laced with a hint of sadness.

Vihaan's eyes widened in shock, his face pale. "What? Where?" he demanded, his voice shaking with desperation. "I told you, I want to talk to her, just once!"

But Shreyansh didn't reply, instead looking away, his jaw clenched. Vihaan's eyes pleaded with him, begging for answers. "Where is she? Tell me, Shreyansh! I want to see her!"

Shreyansh's expression turned stern, his voice firm. "Let her go, Vihaan. Let her live her life." The words cut deep, and Vihaan's heart ached as if pierced by a knife.

And then, Shreyansh's next words felt like a slap in the face. "I know why you're suddenly feeling for her, Vihaan. I know the truth - she has Heer's heart. That's why you want her now, isn't it?"

Vihaan's eyes welled up with tears as he looked at Shreyansh, hurt and betrayal etched on his face. How could his friend think this of him? That he was only interested in Trisha because of Heer's heart? The pain and anguish in Vihaan's eyes spoke volumes, but Shreyansh's expression remained unyielding.

Vihaan's face crumpled, his eyes overflowing with tears. He felt as if Shreyansh's words had ripped his heart apart.

"You think that's why I want her?" Vihaan's voice cracked. "You think I'm using her as a replacement for Heer?"

Shreyansh's expression softened slightly, but he didn't back down. "I don't know, Vihaan. You've been pushing her away for so long, and now suddenly you're desperate to see her. What's changed?"

Vihaan took a deep breath, his chest heaving. "
. Trisha's innocent. And... and I love her. Not just because of Heer's heart, but because of who she is."

"Everything's changed, Shreyansh. I was blind, consumed by my own grief. I blamed the person who received Heer's heart, thinking maybe Heer would still be alive if she hadn't donated. But I was wrong, so wrong. I realize now that I was punishing an innocent person for my own pain."
