she grabs her heels putting them on while I touch up her hair a little. She put perfume on her and hugged me.

"He just texted me" she says with the cutest blush

"Aww cute, he is picking you up?"

"Yeah"

"Come on ill walk you to the door then and maybe give him a death glare"

She laughs hearing me.

I walk her to the door and there he was, he stood there holding the door open for mukti, a bright smile on his face as soon as she walks out the door

"Be safe and text me if you need anything"

"Will do, I love you"

She gives me a wave and sits in the car, he smiles at me as I smile back.

"Nandini right?"

"Yes, hi"

"I have heard a lot about you" he says

"I have heard some things about you too" I giggle

"I know she means the world to you so would you want to chat someday, or you could come to the party, you know she would love that"

"She offered, I am just way too tired but yeah we should meet"

"It was nice seeing you" he says nodding

"You too, see you around" I say

He nods walking to the car

I walk up to my room and when I tell you, it is such a beautiful room. A beautiful dresser, a balcony, gosh it's perfect. I make my way to the bathroom, and god, it's perfect. It is so beautiful

I feel like I took such a long shower because I was admiring the bathroom for so long. It is genuinely so gorgeous.

After showering I started unpacking, my eyes fell on a dupata, my mum's. I couldn't help but tear up holding it to my chest, I still miss her, I gosh, sometimes I can't help but blame myself for her death

"Mukti" I hear a voice

a husky deep voice.

I get up from the floor and walk out of the room peaking

"Mukti" the voice again

I tip toe down the stairs and see someone standing there.

"Hi" I whisper timidly, not sure on what's going on and who he is

the figure turns around and when I say my jaw almost dropped to the floor, I mean there is no way a man is as perfect as the specimen standing in front of me

i refuse to believe he is a real person, wait has he had botox? Maybe facial surgery or something, no there has to be something he did to his face. It just cannot be that perfect

"Who are you?" He asks

"Hiiii" I respond

the corner of his lips turn up a little as he smirks

"Hi, who are you and what are you doing at my house?" He asks

oh my goddd is he mukti's brother? I mean I see the similarities but god damn, he is attractive

"Hi" oh my god something is wrong with me

I can't form words, am I that smitten? Yes I am

"Do you speak or just Hi?" He asks
