As I start driving nandini was talking to me about how hard it was to take the dried mehendi off her hands and how dark her colour was which meant something but I didn't remember what it meant
"Nandini" I whisper grabbing her hand placing it on my thigh
Her bangles make a noise making me smile.
She hums but I don't say anything else because all I wanted was to hear her, I love calling her name as well
"Hey wait" she says when I was about to get out of the car when we reached the party
"What?' I ask
she grabs my hand placing it on her thigh, she opens the console and grabs a bandaid.
"It will sting but I need to change it" she tells me
"You changed it hours ago, it doesn't need to be changed" I tell her
"It wouldn't need to be but you mr malhotra are taking so many showers so I need to change it" she says pulling the previous bandiad off replacing it with a new one
"Does it hurt?' She asks kissing over the bandaid like she has the last two times as well
"No, no it doesn't. Thank you princess" she smiles kissing it again
I get out of the car and open her door getting her out of the car as well. She fixes her lehenga and then gives me a bright smile
"Someone seems happy"
"So happy, I like hanging out with you and you really outdo yourself, I didn't think you'd look this attractive" she teases
"you should see me naked" I mumble
Her whole face turns bright red as he avoids all form of eye contact
"You might change your mind and find me hotter with no clothes on"
'Manik shh" she whispers
i couldn't help but laugh at her reaction, it was so cute.
"You are so bad, ap purposely yeh kar rahai ho" she complains pouting
"Im not baby, I promise" I say kissing her cheeks
"Nandiniiii" cabir yells seeing us
"Oh, ghost human' she yells back making me chuckle
The two begin to talk and lets jsut say the diwali party was whatever, I wasn't into it, I was focused on nandini the entire night as she talked to mukti and cabir, even abhi
It was around 10ish when I was sitting with cabir talking about the company when I felt arms around my shoulder making me relax right away as her scent fills my nostrils. It's like my body knew it was nandini.
"Hi baby" I whisper
"How do you know it was me?' She asks kissing my cheek stepping beside me
"I just do, you ready to go?" I ask
"Yes please, I'm sleepy" she says
"Come on let's go home" I tell her
"Well I will see you two love birds later then" cabir says hugging nandini and then me
"See ya dude" I say
"I missed you, ap kaha chalai gaye thai?" She asks as we get in the car
"I was here, jsut talking to a few clients, did you enjoy the party?' I ask
"It was nice for sure but I am not a party person"
'Neither am I baby"
she smiles leaning her head onto my shoulder as I drive home, it was such a peaceful drive to have her right there calming me down
