"Now it's time for you and I to dress up" I tell her
"Why so? We going to beat more humans?" She asks
"Haha no love, I wanted to take you out for a snack and maybe some of your favourite white chocolate coffee you like"
"Why you no say before" she says getting off me running to her room making me laugh
She is such a little munchkin, I love her so much.
I fixed my hair and and put on another t shirt walking downstairs to find nandini already there bobbing her head to something she was sining, a piece of candy in her hand like always
"You need to eat healthy food baby"
"Who that?" She asks walking to me
She slips her hand in mine holding it as we walk to the car.
"You think we can get a large?" She asks
I usually get her a medium because this girl will bounce off the fucking walls after having coffee
"And why would we do that?" I ask
"Mhm because you are such a nice boyfriend"
"That I am but"
"Shhh large please" she pouts
"Just for today because you have been such a good girl"
"Hehe have I?'
"Yes you have little one, you finished all the fruit this morning"
She nods grabbing my hand in hers but she doesn't hold it like she usually does, instead she kisses my hand over the baindain like she has been doing the past day
"Is it better?' She asks
"Just a tad bit"
"Now?' She asks kissing it again
"It's getting better"
"now?" She mumble kissing it
"So much better baby" she giggles leaning her head on my arm
She was quiet which isn't like her but I know her head is still overthinking all the things she doesn't need to overthink
We drove to the cafe that sells her coffee and then I drove us to the beach where I parked and then her and I walked to the shore taking a seat on the sand
She was sitting in between my legs, her back against my chest, her coffee in her hands as she sips on it giving me a couple sips too because nandini never eats or drinks anything alone, she always shares
"You don't need to overthink my love?" I whisper caressing her arms
"I can't stop thinking about the potential of you getting hurt, what if he hurt you?" She mutters so softly
"Baby he can barely hit and I wouldn't get hurt I promise"
"I know, but I can't help but worry. I don't want to see you hurt"
"Im okay baby" I whisper kissing the back of her head
she turns her head slightly towards me resting her head on my shoulder as she looks at me. She was debating on if she should tell me her thoughts or not.
"There is more" I don't ask but I state
"yes" she mumbles bobbing her head up and down
"Im all ears love, talk to me" I whisper kissing her lips
"I got scared because when my mum was alive, my dad would charge at her a lot. I am just scare of fights, I promise I will try to be stronger but sometimes fights remind of my mum's death" she whispers
