Chapter 10

March 23th

Today came faster than I expected. I woke up feeling alive again and jumped in my shower. The hot water felt good on my skin, giving me a massage that I really needed. I got out when I was done then brushed my teeth. I left the bathroom and went to my closet. I stared at all my clothes trying to figure out what to wear.

I had a feeling to look really nice today. I blame Tessa. I smiled and pulled out a white tank top with black skulls on it and blue skinny jeans. To finish my design I slipped on black flats. I was comfortable but looked nice.

I straighten my hair and put on make up lastly. It felt nice to feel like a girl again after weeks have gone by. I hugged my parents and Colton before I left my house. I jumped in my car heading to pick up breakfast on the way to the hospital. She was going to be in the hospital for one more day. The doctors want to make sure she is okay before they release her.

I made it in her room safely. Her parents weren't here yet. Good. I closed the door and blinds.

I went over to see she was still sleeping. I smirked having a great plan to wake her up. I snake my hand underneath her hospital gown and ran my hand up her leg. Her skin was so smooth and warm to the touch. It made me bite back a moan. I lean over her and watch her sleep. She was so cute when she was sleeping, not in a coma. She had color in her face again and she looked so peaceful, like she was dreaming of food. I giggle at that. She would definitely be dreaming of food.

She can't have solid food until her stomach can handle it. All she could have is liquids. I felt bad for her.

I pecked her lips and continue my hand up her leg until it reached her crotch. I rubbed at it as I let my mouth land on her neck. I planted small kisses all over until I got really turn on and started sucking on her sweet creamy skin. I felt her buck up and she let out a soft moan. Hmmm. Is she awake?

I looked up and saw her eyes opened a crack and they were looking right at me. I smiled and kissed her on the lips not stopping to rub her crotch. She moaned and bucked into my hand more violently.

"Good morning, Tess. I brought breakfast." I let go of her and she whined but when I brought over the food she stopped.

"Is that Chic-fil-a?"

"Yes. I got you two fruit smoothies, a water bottle and a soda." I handed it over to her. She gave me a soft kiss and dove right in her breakfast. I did the same but in a less messy manner. We ate in silent but it was good kind of silence. I got to watch her, in her natural habit. I missed her so much.

"I've missed the way you ate."

She stopped eating and looked at me like I had two heads for a moment but it faded to sadness and...guilt.

"I'm so sorry I didn't protect you from everyone that have hurt you the past several weeks. I should have been able to knock those assholes in the head and saved you." Her voice started to shake and tears slid down her cheeks. "I'm so sorry."

"Shhh. It wasn't your fault. Those guys were stronger. You couldn't have done anything." I pulled her to my chest and let her cry in the nook of my neck. I rubbed her back, soothing her.

"But I should have." She cried harder and held onto me tighter. My hold tighten also.

"I'm okay because I have you. When you are around, you make feel like I'm in heaven." I kissed the top of her head and didn't let go of her. I didn't want to. It's been awhile that I've held her like this. She made me feel like I have a purpose here. Even though deep down I still felt the hole inside of me, getting a little bit bigger each passing day.
