Calico Jack was sitting in the back of the Funeral area, he blamed himself the most for kwazii's death.... 

if he didn't throw kwazii overboard, would he still be alive? Kwazii had been exiled from the octonauts for making a mistake, though it was seen by the other octonauts as he purposely ruined the Navigation...

but he was really trying to surprise his friands...  with their favorite songs...

he had found Calico Jack's ship, and one of the members of Calico Jack's crew told kwazii where he was...

but kwazii had accidentally ruined the map that had been passed down from Calico Jack's family... and Calico Jack and Kwazii had thought until Calico Jack threw him overboard... 

he had been taken by a giant crab.... 

the octonauts had came to talk with Calico Jack about Kwazii's location... after they learned the truth... and they heard him scream... 

they had tried to save him from the crab... but failed... kwazii had died... 

they had lost him... now the Octonauts and Calico Jack were holding a funeral for Kwazii. They were sad and remorseful, Calico Jack feeling the most guilty....

A few weeks later, Calico Jack was on his ship... A member of his crew walked in, it was the member that, as Calico Jack had learned, first caught kwazii on the ship... Calico Jack looked at him "Cap... Captain..." the cat said... "What?" Calico Jack said annoyed... he mainly wanted to be alone snice the death of his grandson... 

"The octonauts... want to see you at the octopod..." The cat answered Calico Jack... 

Calico Jack felt a pang of curiosity and dread. He wondered what the Octonauts wanted from him. He wondered if they had found something about Kwazii. He wondered if they had any news or hope.

He decided to go to the Octopod and see for himself. He told his crew to stay on the ship and wait for him. He took a Gup and headed to the Octopod. He felt nervous and anxious. He felt like he was going to face his past and his guilt.

He arrived at the Octopod and was greeted by Captain Barnacles. He saw the other Octonauts behind him, looking solemn and serious. He felt uneasy and suspicious. He felt like he was walking into a trap.

"Calico Jack, thank you for coming. We have something to show you. Something important. Something that might change everything," Captain Barnacles said.

"What is it? What do you have?" Calico Jack asked.

"Please, follow us. We'll explain on the way," Captain Barnacles said.

Calico Jack followed the Octonauts to the lab, where Tunip was waiting for them. He saw a large screen and a keyboard on the table. He saw a message on the screen. He saw Kwazii's name. He felt a shock and a thrill. He felt like he was seeing a ghost.

"Calico Jack, this is Tunip. A message that we found a few days ago. A message that you need to see," Captain Barnacles said.

"A message? A message from Kwazii? How is that possible? He's dead. He's gone. He can't send messages," Calico Jack said.

"That's what we thought too. But we were wrong. Kwazii is not dead. He's not gone. He's alive. He's somewhere. And he needs our help," Captain Barnacles said.
