Chapter 10

LILITH'S POV

"Hm" What is she saying? My mind was racing because of her hands on my waist or how are hands were interlocked the whole time, did she do that by accident or?

"The thunderstorm is still pretty bad and it's already 4 and you need a good sleep so if it's not a problem with you, you can join me my bed is too big and too cold" She said rubbing her neck.

"I-" I'm speechless what am I supposed to do?

"It's okay if you don't feel uncomfortable to you can stay there if you want to you can keep a light on-" she started rambling.

"Alexis yes I like that idea" I smiled.

"Oh, okay then come this way" she said as she walked away.

Her room was as big as a room could get. I'm the middle of the room there was a king sized bed with dark red sheets two floating nightstand on each side, a walk in closet, a built in bathroom and one of this big ass curved Tv, her window was covered from the blinds and I couldn't make up how much she had.

"You like it" a voice pulled me out of my thoughts.

"Yeah it's amazing." I said "Can I sit on the bed?"

She laughed "Mhm make yourself at home"

I sat down, it was the most comfortable thing I've ever been in.

"Alexis" I said.

"Yeah" she said as she sat next to me.

"What side do you usually sleep left or right" I asked as I let myself fall on the bed.

She laid next to me and said "Usually right but I'll take left if it's a problem for you" she said as she turned her face towards me.

"Perfect, if I sleep on the right side I'll feel like I'm falling." I smiled and looked at the ceiling.

"You have freckles, I've never noticed" Said Alexis.

"Yeah I have some here and there" I said as I faced her. Our faces were close, the closest they have ever been. Does she want to kiss me? Do I want to kiss her?

"You also have one on top of your lips." She whispered.

"Do I? Yes I do" I giggled.

She looked at me and back at my lips, it's happening are we going to kiss? Should I move closer?

Our faces were about to touch when a lightning struck once again causing me to jump.

You're joking. Ugh.

Alexis stood up and said "We should should sleep it's pretty late, or you can say it's early since it's," She opened her phone "almost five."

I giggled. Now don't judge me. I'm tired I'd literally laugh if someone said banana.

"I'm going to the bathroom I'll be back in a minute won't be late" she said as she disappeared inside.

I properly laid on the bed and got inside the thick blankets. The thunders seemed to have calmed down and all you could hear was the pouring rain.

Alexis got out of the bathroom and joined me.

"How are you feeling?" She asked.

"I'm good thanks for asking" I mumbled "Also thank you for today."

"It was nothing" she sighed.

"If you tell anyone about my fear of darkness and thunderstorm I'll end you" I said threatening her. "You're the only one that knows about this, of course besides Jenn and Emily.
