Chapter 26

LILITH'S POV

I opened my eyes to see myself still hugging Alex. "Goodmorning." I whispered.

"Look who finally woke up." She said. "How did you sleep?" She asked.

"I slept amazing but I want to sleep more." I whispered.

"I don't think so. You have to get up and eat." She said.

"I can do that later just five more minutes." I said.

"Lily you got practice in two hours." She said.

"WHAT? What time is it?" I asked.

"12:30." She said.

"NO WAY." I said as I jumped from the bed.

I grabbed my phone to see a ton of missed calls and messages from Emily and Jenny.

"I need to go to the bathroom." I said.

"Wait let me go first so then I can go make something for breakfast." She said and I nodded.

"Wait." I said and she stopped." Did you just also wake up?" I asked.

"No I woke up around 9." She said.

"And you didn't move?" I asked.

"I couldn't, you were on top of me. I didn't want to wake you up." She said and I just gave her a smile.

I don't remember much from yesterday just the part when I was having a nightmare and the part that I was in bed talking to Alex.

She came out after a couple of minutes gave e a kiss on my cheek and went downstairs. I went inside and took my time taking a shower.

After I was done I went inside Alex's closet to try and find anything to wear. I just put on a shirt that covered down to my mid thigh and left.

I walked into the kitchen and saw Alex cooking. I made my way to her and sat on the counter.

"Goodmorning again chef." I joked.

"Goodmorning." She smiled.

"What are you making?"

"Oh just eggs and bacon." She said flipping the pan.

The room went quiet and I decided to speak.

"Alex."

"Hm?"

"Thank you for yesterday." I said.

She turned down the heat let the eggs cook by themselves and turned to me.

"You don't have to thank me for anything." She said. We were now standing face to face, me on the counter and she was between my legs.

"I don't even remember that much from yesterday, well today." I said. "I just remember that I was telling you about Olivia."

"Yeah that's basically all that happened." She said smiling.

I pulled her in for a hug. "You smell so amazing." I whispered.

"Do I?" She said breaking the hug.

"You also look so amazing." I said looking at her lips and back at her eyes.

She grinned. "You have practice in an hour." She said.

"I know, I was just complimenting you." I said with a smile.

She grabbed my face and gave me a quick peck. "You're distracting me." She said turning her attention back to the eggs.

"I'm not doing anything." I smiled.
