Foxjin stares down into the savannah ravine, it’s a good one, no one will find her here, she feels a little bad leaving the village but it had to be done. She gets busy clearing the water away and making it look nice and feel safe. She knocks another attacking zombie into the lava and smells the scent of burning flesh as it sinks to the bottom, then something hits her from behind. She spins around seeing a skeleton with its bow raised. She is about to hit it smashing it into smithereens when it suddenly laughs.
“Na na na na na bet you can't hit me!”
Foxjin stares in shock,
“I didn't know you skeletons can talk” she says.
“Well, I'm Skelly and I can!” he says with a grin.
Foxjin sighs holding up her bow ready to shoot him, talking or not she needs to kill him.
"No no no you can't kill me. I'm unbelievably valuable!” The skeleton yells hastily holding up his hands in surrender.
Foxjin sighs again,
Guess He must learn it the hard way, she thinks releasing an arrow, but the arrow stops in midair not reaching the skeleton at all.
“What?” She stammers.
“Ooh yesses I have da force!” Skelly declares.
She stares at him, he's gotta be messed up in the head or something, there's no possible way... But the arrow is there in midair still shimmering.
“Yeah right,” Foxjin replies finally not sure if she's going insane or not.
“Yeah bro uh this your house?” Skelly asks.
Foxjin gives him a nod wondering why she hasn't killed him yet by now, she realizes she's beginning to get more curious how he can talk and feel.
“I'm Skelly who are you- oh wait already told you my name, I forgot” Skelly spins in a circle.
Foxjin notices the sky is getting lighter... It’s morning.
“Oh no!” Skelly yelps looking at the sky as it lightens, he has no protection. With a flash he starts burning as if struck by lightning.
“AHHHHH!”
Foxjin watches him for a second then makes up her mind, he's entertaining after all.
“Here.” She hands him an iron helmet.
“Oh thanks!” Skelly exclaims in relief putting it on his head protecting him from the sun.
“I can't believe I'm doing this.” Foxjin grumbles to herself but then leads him into her new place.
“Nice this is cool,” Skelly grins happily, he's rather strange, she wants to know more about him. Then she wonders…
Maybe that's what Colder thought after he met me...
“So... what are you exactly?” It comes out more hostile than she intended, but as long as she's sure he won't do anything that could hurt her then she can trust him. He's a skeleton after all, not as intelligent as players.
“Well, it's sorta a long story y’know” Skelly replies, “I was a player once.”
“Wait a minute... what” Foxjin asks absolutely sure she's going insane now.
“Yeah! I'll explain!” Skelly grins.
She looks at him lowering her bow deciding he's harmless after all...
“Long ago I was a boy that was a player just like you” he begins, “I lived with my dad in this clearing in the woods! I also had a sorta brother, we were the bestest friends, but he left... anyways-”
