After I got over the amazing beauty that was Ruby I went to find Sasha and Aliyah. I found Sasha flirting with the same guy that was trying to talk to me earlier.
"Sorry to interrupt but I need my friend so we can leave." I pulled her away before he could say anything
"Why did you do that? Did you see him?" She questioned
"Yep up close and personal when he was flirting with me not that long ago."
"Oh so you're pulling me away so you can have him?" She questioned pissing me off
"You're not serious right now are you? You can't be serious." I scoffed
"Yeah, I'm serious, you might want him but he's mine" she slurred
"You just met the guy, you know that right?"
"Yeah and things were going good until you came and snatched me away"
"How much did you drink tonight?"
"Enough to know you want my man."
"Welp, that must have been a lot because you forgot I don't like men. Now can you pull it together and help me find Aliyah so we can go?"
"Last time I saw her she was by the bar." She slurred out
And sure enough she was still at the bar. When I walked up she was barely able to form a sentence. I was able to help her and Sasha out of the club to the valet station. Lucky the valet saw me struggling and helped me get them in the car because he was so kind I gave him a $20 as a tip.
"Look, if either one of y'all throw up in my car I swear I will murder you. If you have to throw up or release any other body fluids tell me so I can stop. Am I clear?" I asked in a parental tone
They didn't say anything but looked as if they understood. Luckily we only lived like 30 minutes from the club because as soon as we got home they both ran to the bathroom. I decided to help Aliyah first because she was worse off than Sasha. I pulled some panties and a tank top out of my drawer and took them in the bathroom with her.
"Aliyah, do you think you can give yourself a bath?" I asked stupidly
She couldn't even speak of course she could bathe herself. I ran her half a tub of water then help her in the tub. I bathed her quickly because her only hope was to sleep this off. I got her dressed and made up the sofa bed, I tucked her in and put a trash can beside her. Then I went to help Sasha, who to my surprise had already took a bath and gotten in bed. I gave her two Tylenol then let her go back to sleep. I took both of their outfits and put it in the washer. I took a nice hot bath then made myself a cup of hot tea and curled up in my bed with my book as I waited for the clothes to finishing washing. When I was finally comfortable I heard my phone ringing. I looked and saw the number wasn't saved in my phone which made me hesitant to answer but I did anyway
"Hello?" I questioned
"Madison?" The familiar voice registered in my brain and sent chills down my spine
"Ruby ummm hi."
"I hope it's not to late, I just didn't want you to think I forgot about you."I could hear her smiling which made me smile
"No, it's fine I was just up reading."
"Oh what are you reading?"
"A Tale of Two Cities"
"Charles Dickens right" she added to my surprise
"Yeah, have you read it?"
"Nah, I want too."
"Well if I ever get to see you again I could loan you my copy."
"Saturday?" She questioned
"What about saturday?"
"I would like to have you as company next saturday." She laughed
"Seriously?" I choked
"Yes, seriously I want to get to know you better and I don't feel like a conversation over the phone will allow me to do it so what do you say?" She asked making my heart stop
"Ummm ummm uuuuhh I umm I'd uhhh I'd love too." I finally managed to find words
"Well I'll be seeing you saturday."
"Yeah see you saturday."
"Good night Madison"
"Good night Ruby"
After she hung up I couldn't stop smiling. It was as if my face was permanently stuck that way. I didn't want to move the rest of my body either I just wanted to lay and soak up what just happened. I think it was to earlier to say I was in love but I definitely liked her. After I put the clothes in the dryer and checked on Sasha and Aliyah. I got in bed and laid their thinking about Ruby. How beautiful she was, how she was a pretty good kisser, her accent, the way she was making me feel. As I thought about her I started to slowly drift asleep but a more peaceful sleep no a happier sleep than usual it was like I was sleeping on a cloud. It was crazy how I've only know her a few hours and she's making me feel like this. What is this girl doing to me?

I know it's kinda short but don't worry the next chapter will be longer and have it up soon but in the meantime
