it was the weekend finally, this school week was so long it felt like an eternity. haemin and hannah have a play date, again, i swear they can't live without them playing with eachother. this time it's at my house so we were just waiting for them to get here
"chae chae are they here yett" haemin groaned as he tugged my shirt
"they're getting here soon, now stop tugging my shirt i need to finish making the food" i said as he stopped tugging me once he heard the door bell
he ran to the door and opened revealing hannah and bangchan "hi hannah!"
"hi haemin!" she said as they ran up to his room and i just shook my head
bangchan came over to the kitchen and asked if i needed help "i'm ok, i just need to cut thes-" i wasn't paying attention to what i was doing when all of a sudden i felt pain coming from my finger, i yelped and dropped the knife as i saw the blood on my finger "fuck" i said going over to the sink and putting water over it
"are you ok?" he asked coming over to me
"yeah yeah, just a cut" i said with a shaky voice
"where do you keep your first aid?" he asked and i let him know where it was
i grabbed a paper towel and put pressure on my finger and sat down on the chair, bangchan came back with the first aid kit and pulled a chair to sit in front of me "give me your hand"
i did as told and gave him my hand, he held it with care as he started cleaning it with the alcohol wipes, i hissed at the pain "sorry" he said as he grabbed a bandage and put it on my finger "careful next time" he said as he cleaned up
"thanks" i said looking at my finger
"hannah gets cuts all the time so i'm kind of used to it" he shrugged as he put the first aid kit back to where he found it
i got up and picked up the knife that i dropped and washed it "hey can you set up the table? the foods almost done" i said and he nodded as he grabbed the plates from the cabinet
after we ate hannah and haemin headed to the backyard and started playing again, me and bangchan started to clean up and i was washing the dishes
"why didn't your mom come?" i asked
"she had this business thing so ahe won't be here for the week" he said as he dusted off his hands
"ah" i said and he just hummed in reply, after that it was just awkward silence besides the water running
after a couple of minutes we heard the door bell ring which confused me because i didn't expect anyone, i walked over to the door and opening it revealing jennie
"jennie! what are you doing here?" i said pulling her into a hug
"hiii! i'm here to help you get ready for the party that's going on tonight" she said squealing as she walked in
"what? no i'm not going to a party" i said walking to the couch
"you have toooo, it's going to be soooo fun" she said plopping down next to me
"i don't do parties jennie"
"now you do, because you're going to this one" she said as she raised an eye brow when she saw bangchan "why are you here?"
"siblings are friends" he said pointing with his head to the backyard where the kids are
"ah, anyways you can't miss the party literally everyone at school is going" she said
"everyone BUT me" i said correcting here
"i- come onn, bangchan are you going?" she said looking at him and he nodded "see even he's going"
"so? why would i care? and besides, i don't have anyone to take care of haemin"
"yeah, and the party is not for someone like you" bangchan said sitting on the other couch
"someone like me? what do you mean by that?" i asked offended as i looked at him
"i mean, you don't look like the type of person to go to that type of party, and i'm not trying to baby sit you" he said leaning forward
"who said you would baby sit me?" i scoffed
"me, you shouldn't go" he said
"now that you say that, i'm going" i said and jennie clapped her hands in excitement
"yayaya! oh my god ok we have to go get you ready" she said standing up
"wait, i don't have anyone to take care of haemin" i said to her
"don't worry i'll call my brother to take care of him let's gooo" she said as she grabbed my hand and pulled me to my room
she went over to my closet and started throwing clothes around making a big mess "you seriously don't have anything nice to wear" she said turning around to me
"i don't go anywhere" i shrugged
"we're going shopping" she grabbed my hand once again and dragged me out the room
"ah- where are you guys going?!" bangchan asked looking at us
"she needs new clothes, take care of the kids? thanks" she said pulling me out the house and inside her car
she's crazy

"oh my god you look stunning" jennie said covering her mouth
"i don't know i look weird" i said looking at myself in the mirror
"you look hot, red is hot" she said as she pushed me down on my chair "ok now it's makeup time"
"aaaaannnd down" she said as she put down the makeup brush and smiled at me "hot"
i turned around the look at the mirror and i looked so different, but in a good way "jennie you're a natural" i said smiling at myself
"i try i try" she said brushing off imaginary dust off her shoulders "my brother should be here soon so hurry up"
i nodded as i hurried up to put my shoes on, kinda nervous since it's my first time going to a party but aye first time for everything no?
once we got to the party it was packed with people already, loud music blasting the second we got in "oh my goddd" jennie yelled over the music "this is sick! come on let's go get some drinks" she grabbed my arm and pulled me over to the drinks
"what's this?" i asked as she handed me a red cup
"i don't know something good" she shrugged and i took a sip, spicy
"is this alcohol?!" i yelled over the music
"relaxx it's only a bit" she said as she raised her hand up as she started parting and walking over to the dance floor leaving me alone
