i woke up the next morning on the floor and i was confused but then remembered how we watched a movie last night, i looked to my left and saw bangchan peacefully sleeping on my shoulder and i couldn't help but smile

snap out of it chaelin

i was about to get up when i couldn't for some reason, i was confused and then i felt arms around my waist and him pulling me closer to him "don't leave" he mumbled

my heart was pounding faster then before and my cheeks started turning red, my body tensed up and i didn't move an inch

i then saw his eyes opening and i quickly closed my eyes, i heard him gasped and removed his arms from my waist "what am i doing?" he whispered. he slowly got up and quickly went through the window and into his room

i opened my eyes and was honestly heart broken, why did he leave? i got up from the floor and put the blanket on my bed. i was sad and confused on why he left so quickly, it shouldn't mean anything if he just sees us as friends, right?

i got to school pretty late since i was overthinking about what just happened and as i entered the classroom bangchan looked at me, i went over to my seat and sat down "why are you late?" he whispered

"i woke up late" i lied and he just nodded

i couldn't focus at all durning class, all i was thinking was what happened this morning "chaelin" the teacher said and i looked up "answer please"

i looked at the board and saw a math problem that's so easy "uhm it's 64" i said and he nodded

"how did you get that so fast?" bangchan asked

"im good at math remember?" i said and he chuckled

as class ended i went over to where me and jennie always hang out to ask her something "hey pookie what's up" she said

"what would you do if the guy you like slept over your house and then in the morning he has his head in your shoulder as his arms wrapped around your waist but then when he wakes up he notices what happened and asked what he's doing and leaves" i said speaking fast which took her a question to catch up

"uhm hello bangchan slept at your house?" she asked

"yeah on accident, he couldn't sleep so he came to my room and we watched a movie, it wasn't supposed to be a sleep over but we both ended up sleeping" i said as she hummed in response

"for me, i think he's too scared to show his trust feelings, or he's scared he's not good enough for you, which is why he left because he thinks you don't like him and if you woke up and saw you guys like that it'll ruin the friendship" she said as i stared at her

"how are you so good at this?" i asked and she laughed

"my sister is the best teacher" she said dusting off fake dust off her shoulder

"i don't know what to do jennie, this is all so confusing" i said running my hands through my hair

"honestly keep an eye on him, if he is being flirty then he likes you, if he's being friendly then he doesn't, don't dress, now shut up because theyre coming" she said and i turned around and saw them coming towards us

"hey guys, want to go out after school?" felix asked and jennie nodded

of course she did she still has a massive crush on him

"i can't i have to study for a test that i have tomorrow" i sighed

"boo" jennie said and stuck out her tongue

"im trying to graduate you know" i scuffed

"what about you christopher?" felix asked as he looked at him

"i can't either i have dance with jisung after school" he said and felix groaned

"it's ok you have jennie" i said nudging her

"yeah, but i really wanted us all to go" he pouted

"stop being a big baby felix" bangchan said as he messed up his hair

"hey don't touch my hair it takes forever to do" he took out his phone and started fixing it

"anyways ill see you guys later i need to go to class" i waved at them and headed to class

i lied

i didn't actually go to class i went to the dance room, jisung texted me durning 1st period to meet him there during our free period

i knocked on the door and slowly opened it "hey" i said as i walked in

"oh you're here" he said smiling

"what's up?" i asked putting my stuff down

"nothing i just wanted to hang out with you before i need to go to my own school" he said

"were you doing a dance? you're all sweaty" i chuckled as i walked over to him

"yeah, wanna learn it?" he asked and i nodded "yay"

he helped me through the steps and it was lowkey kind of hard i don't know how he does this, other then it being hard if was fun to learn it

we were messing around and making some random dance moves when he grabbed my hand and twirled me around and i ended up facing him and his hand being on my waist

the room was really silent and all we heard was our breathing

"i-" jisung was about to say something when the door opened revealing bangchan, as he came in he looked at us with a face i couldn't tell what he felt

"what are you doing here?" he asked looking at jisung

"i had a free period so i just came over here" he said as he let go of me

"didn't you say you were going to class?" he said now looking at me

"well i was, but jisung texted me to meet him here during free period" i said nervously

"hm" was all the came out of him

i ended up saying bye to jisung as i got out of the room and went to class

that was so awkward
