"here you go" bangchan said handing me an iced matcha latte
"thank you" i smiled
"where's mine?" jennie asked him
"still at the store" he said as he put his arm around my shoulder
"that's so not slay, why can't felix be like you"she pouted
"wha- i literally took you to breakfast this morning what do you mean" he said looking at her
"im kidding lix" she smiled
"do you wanna ditch?" bangchan whispered in my ear and i looked at him
"why would i want that?"
"come onnn, it'll be fun i promise" he smiled and i sighed
"ok, just this once" i said and he interlocked our hands together and quickly walked away from felix and jennie were talking about who knows what to eachother
"where are we going?" i asked
"to a new universe" he said as we went over to his car and got in
"you know i haven't seen you ride your motorcycle in so long"
"you're scared of it, so i stopped using it to make sure you're safe when going home" he said as he started driving and my heart flattered
"but that was like your baby you adored that"
"yeah well now you're my baby and i adore you" he said looking at me and then back on the road
he really knows how to make a girl blush
after a long drive we finally arrived to our destination aka, the beach
"la playa" i said getting off of the car
"ok bilingual queen" he interlocked our hands together and started walking over to the pier
"oh my look they're doing a cover dance let's go see" i said as i dragged them over to the circle that formed and squeezed in between them so we're in the front
i love being in the front row because im so short
they danced so well, i don't know what the song was called but it said a lot about a hellavator, i don't know what that means but it was so cool
i looked over at bangchan and saw him bopping his head to the song and dance and he was smiling from ear to ear, i can tell dancing is something he loves a lot, and it makes me happy to see him like this
after they ended we clapped and walked away "that was amazing" he said as we walked over to get ice cream
"i can tell you liked it, you were smiling like a kid" i chuckled
"were you staring at me" he asked and i nodded
"you looked cute" i said looking at him
"you're cuter" he said as he kissed my forehead and then ordered us the ice cream
we walked over to the beach and we walked on the sand as our hands sung back and forth "my shoes have so much sand in them you know" i said
"so do mine, but it's ok" he smiled "come on" he started running and since we were holding hands i had to run too
he looked back at me and smiled as we continued to run, i don't know why we're running but anything is fun when it's with him
we ended up at the end of the beach and i swear i was the only one out of breath because he was breathing perfectly
"see that's a good thing about dancers, they are able to control their breath control when i can't" i said breathing heavily
"breathe through your nose and out with your mouth" he said and i did exactly that, and it helped, we sat down on the sand and looked ahead
"why did we have to run" i asked still out of breath
"because it's fun, and there's not a lot of people this side" he said as i looked around and he wasn't lying
i put my head on his shoulder and we both just sat in a comfortable silence and listened to the waves
"chaelin" he asked and i looked up at him "i need to tell you something"
"ok, what is it" i said sitting up
"you're so amazing and perfect" he said looking at me
"is there a but? i hate buts please don't let there be a but" i said and he shook his head
"i just needed to tell you that, i feel like i can just be myself when im with you, chaelin i always thought you were cute from the second i saw you, i just acted mean towards you because i didn't think you would want me, i loved being around you but acted like i hated it, you're like the missing part that i was missing in my heart" he said as i stared at him with a smile on my face "i love you chaelin"
my heart skipped a beat when i heard him say that, i didn't expect that at all
"you don't have to say it back, i just wanted to let you know" he said and i shut him up with me putting my lips on his
the kiss was long, but not passionate and i can feel his smile underneath the kiss, i pulled back and stared at him
"i love you too bangchan" i said to him
never would i thought i would fall for someone like him, but just like everyone says, things change and i couldn't be more happier without him in my life, he's the other half of my heart that i was missing too~
