"im glad you decided to come" jisung said as we entered the dance room
"yeah, my friends forced me too basically" i chuckled and put my stuff on the floor
"did you not want to come?" he said sounding hurt
"oh no no i did i did i promise" i said "i just don't want to be embarrassed" i chuckled
"don't worry, i don't judge, come on" he grabbed my wrist and we went to the middle of the room
we first went through the basics, aka how i need to move my body to the beats (A/N IM NOT A DANCER SO IF NONE OF THIS IS A RIFHT EGNORE IT IM JUST SAYING WHATEVER😭) how my movements need to be big and strong
"ok ok hold on you're doing it wrong" he stood in front of me "may i?" he said putting his hands on my hips "up, down, up, down" he said as he helped me on a movement "there we go there we go" he said letting go and stepping back
"oh my god i'm doing it" i said excitedly and he clapped
we ended up practicing for a couple more hours and him helping me with my movements which honestly helped a lot, they weren't kidding when they said he was a great dancer
"good job" he said as he gave me a high five
we grabbed our stuff and headed out the school "hey how come i don't really see you around school?" i asked as we stopped in front of his car
"i don't come here, just like bangchan i pay to come, i go to another school but they don't have a dance room so they let me come here" he explained and i nodded "do you need a ride home?" he asked
"no it's ok, i don't live far i can walk" i said
"are you sure? i don't mind taking you" he asked
"no i promise it's not big deal, thanks for the lessons" i smiled and waved at him as he got in his car and started driving away
i was about to start walking when i heard a honk, i jumped and turned around as i saw a car parked and rolled down the window, i was relieved to find out it was bangchan
"what are you doing here?" i said walking over to his car
"i was waiting for you so you didn't have to walk" he said as i got in the car
"wait you waited here? like the whole time we were in there?" i asked and he nodded "what why?"
"i wanted to make sure you got home safe" he said which made my heart flatter
what's this feeling. i don't like it
"anyways ready to go?" i nodded and he started driving "how was your practice?"
"it was good, honestly didn't think i can do it" i chuckled
"i knew you can, so jisung, how is that going? you going out with him? i say you should he's such a sweet guy he's like perfect for you" he said as he kept his eye on the road
"i don't think so, he's cute but i don't think id date him" i shrugged and he hummed in response
"that's a shame, he told me he thought you were cute" he said
"do you like anyone?" i asked out of no where
"no. there's no one really to like" he said turning into his drive way "besides i don't want to date right now"
"well what if your mind just changes?" i asked
"then it changes, but now i don't want to" he said as we got out of his car "coming in?"
"uhm no it's ok, im kinda tired so i think ima go home" i said and he nodded
"goodnight chae" he said as i walked over to my house
chae? he just called me chae for the first time. why am i blushing what is happening
"chaelin you're zoning out again" jennie said waving her hand in my face "something is wrong, what is it?"
"jennie i have to tell you something but you can't tell anyone" i said looking at her dead in the eye
"i promise"
"i have these weird feelings whenever im with bangchan, like my heart starts pounding and my stomach starts to turn whenever hes talking to me and my hands start sweating when he does something and i can't keep my eyes off of him. i don't know what it is or what to do and im freaking out" i said and a smirk formed in her face "what what what is it?"
