Axel was awake while I was asleep.
“Hun,” he said, gently tapping my shoulder.
“Mhmmm..”
I was about to sit up in bed when I felt pain in my body.
“Ouch..” I said, trying to control myself from crying.
“Does it hurt, hun?” He asked me.
Is he being serious or not? Of course, it hurts very much.
“Of course, this is your fault, I said, just be gentle...” I complained.
“But you didn't listen, look what happened to me now,” I said, tearing up a bit.
“I'm very sorry, hun,” he apologized while holding my hand.
As he apologized, he wiped away my tears.
“I, Axel Walton, promise that I'll listen to my wife named Gabriella Luis next time,” he promised.
“Okay, apology accepted,” I replied as I accepted his apology.
I wondered where my clothes were since I couldn't find them. I was about to ask him anyway.
“Where are my clothes that I wore yesterday?” I asked him.
“Uhhh... I ripped them off yesterday,” he said softly.
As I was about to speak, he immediately continued.
“But don't worry, I called my secretary today to buy you 10 of those that you wore yesterday,” he said, smiling at me.
“Huh? 10 of those? That's quite a lot, Axel,” I said.
“You shouldn't waste your money.”
“I should because you're my wife now,” he replied.
“And my money is yours too, hun,” he said, then winked at me.
“Here, use my clothes for a while,” he said, handing me his plain white shirt.
I just nodded at him.
“I'm hungry,” I said.
“I ordered food just for us a few minutes ago,” he said.
As he was about to speak again, the doorbell rang.
“Maybe it's our food, wait for me, I'll get it,” he said, then kissed my forehead.
“Okay,” I replied.
