Two weeks later.

This is what I've been waiting for. Axel and I will be married now. I feel so delighted right now! The dream of marrying him has come true.

"Love?" Mom called me. I immediately turned to her and smiled.

"Are you ready for your wedding?" Mom asked me.

Mom asked me. Am I really ready? I asked myself. I don't know if I'm ready or not, but it's up to me.

"Yes, mom." But I still felt uneasy.

"If Axel does something, tell me right away." Mom promised.

"Yes," I answered her.

Hours Later. We are here at the church where Axel and I will be married.

When we got to the church.

"Ready?" The woman asked me and smiled.

"Ready," I happily answered her.

They immediately opened the big door of the church. The door opened, and the music started playing.

"I'm nervous."

"Is this real?"

"I can't believe."

"I can't believe that I'm getting married to the person I love."

While slowly walking, I saw him.

"He looks elated."

"He was smiling, not even gonna lie, he looks good though."

When we got in front of the altar. Dad whispered something to Axel while laughing. He just nodded and smiled.

Minutes After

“Now let us humbly invoke God's blessing upon this bride and groom, That in his kindness he may favor with his help on whom he has bestowed the Sacrament of Matrimony,” the priest said.

“In the sight of God and these witnesses, I now pronounce you husband and wife. You may now kiss.”

He glanced at me and slowly opened my wedding veil.

He leaned closer and gently kissed me. He stared into my eyes and smiled.

I smiled back at him. He saw me slightly blush, and he chuckled a bit.

“Why are you laughing?” I asked him with a nervous tone.

“Your blushing like a tomato.” He even chuckled hard.

“Stop.” I felt embarrassed.

I suddenly covered my face with my hand.

“Don't cover your face.” He teased me.

I slowly removed my hand from my face and saw him paying attention to my eyes.

“I haven't seen such beautiful eyes before.” He said while staring into my eyes.

I slightly blushed again.

“Oh no... not again.”

“Oh, thanks,” I said.

“It's my pleasure.” He answered and smiled.

I smiled back at him.

“I noticed your sister is not here.” He added.

I felt dejected. He asked where my sister is? Why? My smile suddenly disappeared.

“Pourquoi?” I was dazed asking why.

“Pardon, don't you mind if I ask?” I apologized.

“I won't.” He said.

“Why are you looking for my sister?”
“Never mind.” I added.
