The following day unfolded. As I forgave Axel for his actions, he visited my home to apologize to my parents for his behavior. Reluctantly, my parents forgave him, hoping he wouldn't repeat his mistakes. They were aware of my long-standing love for Axel since high school.

As a wedding gift, Axel's parents presented us with a mansion, and now we were both preparing to move out the next day.

"Are you really leaving?" Ate Ella inquired, watching me pack my belongings.

"Yes."

"What will I do without you? I'll miss you," she said, pouting and holding back tears.

I detected a hint of sobbing in her voice.

"Are you crying?"

"Oh no, it's just water," she joked.

I approached her and embraced her, gently patting her back to provide comfort.

"Don't worry, you can visit anytime, Ate."

As hours passed, I continued packing my things and clothes. Ate Ella and I headed to the living room where we found Mom and Dad had prepared a feast.

"What's the occasion, Mom, Dad?" I inquired, puzzled by their preparations.

"Nothing special, we simply wanted to spend time with you today because we won't see you again," Mom explained, tears welling up in her eyes.

"What do you mean I won't see you again?" I questioned.

"Well, you're moving to a new house," Mom clarified.

"And I invited Natalie and Xian to join us for dinner," Dad added.

Later on, Xian and Natalie, accompanied by her husband Xavier, arrived. To my surprise, Axel's parents and Axel himself were also invited.

It was the first time I met Axel's brother, Jihoo, along with Xavier's siblings, who were all part of the Walton family, known for their charm and good looks, especially Luis his younger siblings who's just turned 14 last week.

The dinner table buzzed with light conversations, but I couldn't help but notice Axel's frequent glances towards Ate Ella, who was eating quietly. Why was he focusing on her? Why not me? Just kidding, that sounded possessive.

Despite my jesting, it pained me to see him paying more attention to Ate Ella. As he continued to gaze at her, I couldn't help but wonder about his intentions.

Was he interested in her? I pushed aside those thoughts and decided to ignore it.

Throughout the silent dinner, Mom sensed something was amiss due to my uncharacteristic silence.

"What's troubling you, my dear?" Mom inquired.

"Nothing," I replied, avoiding eye contact.

Just as I was about to speak, I heard three familiar voices approaching. I turned to see Kuya Dave, whom I affectionately called Kuya Dave, Kuya Luca, whom I called Kuya Luca, and Kuya Elijah, my older brothers.

Excitedly, I embraced them, feeling comforted by their presence.

"Why does my princess seem upset?" Kuya Luca asked.

"I'm not," I denied, trying to hide my emotions.

As they enveloped me in a hug, I noticed the joy on their faces, along with the knowing smiles from my parents and Ate Ella.

They were aware of this all along?! Without informing me? Unfair!

"Why didn't you tell me? That's not fair!" I exclaimed tearfully.

"No need to cry, princess, as long as we're all together now," Kuya Dave reassured me.

As Kuya Dave spoke, Kuya Elijah offered me a comforting hug.
