"I'm Kim Macy, but just call me Macy for short. And you?"

She extended her hand, and I accepted it.

"I'm Riela Luis."

As we both took our seats.

"You're Axel's cousin, right?" she asked.

No, I'm his wife.

"Oh, and you're his girlfriend?" I managed to say.

She nodded.

"I'm his first love and childhood best friend," she smiled.

First love? I thought Ate Ella was his first love. So before Ate Ella, it was you?

I was so confused and decided to slowly ask about herself.

"You're pregnant?" she asked curiously.

"Yes, five months pregnant."

"Congrats then."

I smiled, and she smiled back.

"Axel didn't really mention much about you, why?" I asked.

"We had a secret relationship with Axel since we were in second year high school. My dad didn't approve of him for me, so we kept it private. And since, you know, we were both young at that time."

"When I turned 18, a company offered me a chance to become a model. I couldn't decline the offer since I really wanted to be a model."

"But the offer came from the UK."

"My parents and Axel's parents were okay with it. He knew it was my dream to become an international model, so here I am."

"He told me he'd wait for me."

"But then I heard some news that he's married, so I decided to come back here to win him back."

"We met again at the club. What a coincidence, right?"

"He was drinking that time, so messed up when I saw him."

"He saw me, his face was quite shocked."

"He told me his parents forced him to marry a woman he never loved from day one, and he told me he'd pursue me again."

As I got up and decided to take a hot bath before cooking.

Hours passed, and I had finished what I needed to do. I decided to rest for a while.

But then, I started overthinking about them, Axel and Macy.

What if Axel still loves her?

What if Axel and Macy slept together?

What if Axel found his way back home?

What if Axel doesn't really love me as Macy said?

What if Axel hasn't moved on from her yet?

What if I should divorce Axel instead?

To make him happy again.

What's the point of staying if I'm not the one in your heart, but she holds that place instead?

It's a heavy thought, but I am still trying to be strong for my child.

I don't want to burden Xian and Natalie with my problems, they have their own issues to deal with.

and I ended up crying overthinking about them.
