As I called my close friends Xian and Natalie to come over to my house, they arrived just minutes after I messaged and called them.

Both of them wondered why I had suddenly called them. I told them everything. Natalie was mad, while Xian was trying to remain calm.

"Don't worry, guys, I'm not entirely sure about this feeling, but I felt Axel really cheated with the girl the last three times I saw him. I saw them together at the same place where my brothers went with me."

"I have that feeling too. Something was not right, Riela. You should be aware of it now," Natalie said with a mad tone.

"I know. That's why I turned on his location. I have the location on my phone," I said as I opened my phone and saw Axel pass by the company building.

"Let's follow Axel, Riela, so we know what that something we feel is," Xian said.

As we got into Xian's car, I sat in the passenger seat while Natalie sat in the back and started eating a donut again.

As minutes passed since we got into the car and followed Axel, there he was, sitting in a chair while waiting for someone.

Minutes passed, and I was looking at Axel, not until a girl approached him and gave him a kiss on the lips.

The girl was sexy, as I saw last time. She had long hair, and we couldn't really see her face because she had her back turned.

Axel gave her his sweetest smile.

That girl was so lucky.

I should be the one that he gives his sweetest smile to.

They didn't see us because the car windows were tinted. As the girl approached him and gave him a kiss, my tears started flowing.

Natalie was about to get out of the car, but then Xian stopped her.

Xian knew what Natalie was going to do. He immediately locked the car door, while I was stunned, unable to speak about what I had just seen.

"That jerk, open the door, Xian!" Natalie said in an angry tone when she saw it.

"Calm down, Talie."

"How can I calm down, Xian! Haven't you seen that Riela is hurt by what she just saw?"

"And who the heck is that girl?!"

"Where did she find the courage to be a mistress?!"

As Xian tried to calm down Natalie, I couldn't even say a single word, and my tears kept flowing.

"Xian, take a photo of that girl and Axel! I'll make that jerk regret his life."

Xian immediately took a photo of them together, eating and laughing together.

They were so happy...

How I wish I were happy too.

As Xian knew that I needed time to myself again, he drove off. We went to a fast-food restaurant to order food, while Natalie was still mad at Axel.

As I was still not talking, and Natalie was worried, always asking if I was okay.

Was I really okay?

Did I have to feel this way?

Was I not enough?

I had already done my best.

Was it not enough?

Did I really have to put myself through this?

My insecurities hit me again. I hate this feeling. How I wish I could turn back time and make it better.

As we arrived at the beach, I was calmed by the waves of the water. I was thankful that Xian knew where I was going to find peace.

As Xian laid out a picnic cloth and put the food on it, Natalie sat down and started eating again. This girl, really. Even though she eats a lot, I still love her the way she loves me, like a sister, not by blood but by heart.

How lucky I am to have them.

I let out my anger and how upset I was today.

Hours passed, and the sunset showed itself. We realized it was kind of late and decided to go home. They asked where I was going to stay tonight, but I said I'd stay at the house. They were worried about me being alone in the big house.
