Jennie was in front of the mirror, thinking about if she should have her hair down or up in a ponytail, she was going out to studying so maybe a ponytail would be great to not distract her.

But, she was also basically going on a date with her crush, Taehyung, having her hair down would impress him since she looks really beautiful with her hair down.

Since she couldn't decide, she decided to call Lisa.

Immediately, Lisa picked up the phone.

"Hey, Jennie! What's up?"

"Lili... I can't decide what hairstyle I should have!"

"Try a new hairstyle, something that Taehyung's never seen you in before, that'll make him feel more attracted to you," Lisa answered.

"And for the outfit?"

"Don't go all out, this is just a study date, wear something simple that looks good on you and that's comfortable!"

"What would I do without you, Lisa?"

"Have a wardrobe malfunction, probably. Anyways, I gotta go! Mom's calling me downstairs, good luck with Taehyung!"

And, so she hung up.

Jennie definitely found Lisa's tips helpful, she decided to look up a hairstyle tutorial on the internet, something that was simple but looked good, just like Lisa had said.

Hm, an undone bun looked good and like something that'd suit her. It looked really easy!

Jennie decided to make a bun, but let some of the hair down. That looked quite elegant, but also simple.

Now, moving on to the outfit. She should wear something that gives off winter and high school student vibes, right?

Jennie went to her wardrobe and looked for something to wear, there were lots of cozy clothes to make a cozy and wintry outfit.

She went for a white turtleneck sweater that her mother had sewed for her a month ago so she wouldn't have to spend lots of money on buying clothes for the cold season.

For the pants, Jennie just chose a pair of black boot cut jeans, these were her favorite type of jeans and really suited her body type.

Jennie put on a pair of white socks, a black coat and a white beanie, which had also been sewed by her mother.

In her opinion, she looked ready. She wasn't going to wear any makeup, it wasn't a party, just a simple study date.

Jennie checked the time, she still had 25 minutes left and the library was only 5 minutes away, she had time to pack her stuff.

For the studying, Jennie decided to pack her history book, math book, as well as her science and social studies homework.

The other material were already in her bag, she decided to also put her computer in the bag, in case she had time to do extra credit.

She checked the time again. 15 minutes left. She should get going now, it's better to turn up early for the date, right?

Jennie went down the stairs to the front door, putting on her boots, then her mother came out of the kitchen.

"Where are you headed?"

"I'm just going out to study with... Jisoo, mom," Jennie quickly answered.

"Really?"

"Yeah, it's been a while since we last had a study date together, we won't eat dinner together, though."

"Great, then you won't miss mom's bulgogi!"

"Sounds great, but I gotta get going now! It's bad to turn up late!"

"Alright, be back home before 7:30, my sweet!"

Jennie waved a goodbye and then exited the house.

She knew it was bad to lie and keep secrets, especially from your own mother, but she wasn't ready to tell her about Taehyung.

After approximately 5 minutes, Jennie had arrived. She entered the library, there she saw him, Taehyung. He had already arrived.

When he heard the bell ring after Jennie entered, he turned around with a smile.

"Hello, Jennie. You look really beautiful," he said.

"Hi, Taehyung! You look great too!"

He really did. His hair was styled neatly, he was wearing an over shirt with black and white squares, for the pants he had just stuck to a pair of grey slim jeans. Despite, the outfit being simple, he looked really great.

"Thanks, Jen. Should we choose a corner to study at?"

"Yes, let's go!"

They went to a corner close to one of the big windows, it was really calm and quiet, it was basically the perfect spot to study.

"Alright, Jennie. Should we start with the homework first, since we got it today?"

"Yes, obviously. Homework needs to get out of the way so we can study other stuff and have time for fun," Jennie answered him.

"That's the same mindset that I have," Taehyung told her.

"Great minds think alike," Jennie stated.

Now, when Jennie thought about it, Taehyung was so different from Kai. Kai never focused on studying, he always said her ideas were stupid and he always was with other girls.

"Okay, Jen. Let's get moving!"

Jennie woke up from her thoughts.

"Yeah, alright. Let's go."
