Chapter 38

The girls immediately split up and went to do their mission.

Jennie walked in the hallways, then saw Ms. Evans, she quickly stopped Ms. Evans and put on a sad look.

"Hey, Ms. Evans! I lost my math folder, could you please let me into the security room so I can check where I last had it?"

Ms. Evans, who absolutely adored Jennie because of her good grades, nodded without hesitating.

"Of course, hopefully you find it," said Ms. Evans as she handed Jennie the keys.

"Thank you so much!" Jennie smiled at her before turning around and heading upstairs, to the last floor, where the security room was located.

It only took a few minutes to get to the last floor, as Jennie skipped some stairs, because she was looking forward to expose Kai.

When she had arrived, she unlocked the door and entered, quickly closing the door after herself.

There, she quickly sat down and she used the remote to rewind the recordings, it took a few minutes to get to the tape of Taehyung and Kai's fight.

She took up her phone and started recording the tape, when she was done, she exited the security room, locking the door before heading back.

Lisa was sitting in the restroom, she was sitting on the toilet lid with her legs crossed, as she dialed her dad's number.

It only took a few seconds before her dad answered,

"Hey, Lisa. Everything okay?"

"Oh, yeah, I'm okay."

"Do you need anything?"

"No, but I must tell you something, dad!"

"I'm listening."

"Did you know that Kai fought the new kid, Taehyung, at school today?"

"Well, that's unexpected," Lisa heard the change of tone in her father's voice.

"Yeah, it's not good for his reputation, so you should tell his father that he should learn how to behave and that he should respect others."

"You're right, Lisa. You're such a smart girl!"

Lisa smirked to herself,

"Ah, dad. Cut it out..."

She heard him laugh before finally saying his goodbyes and hanging up.

After he had hung up, Lisa let out a soft chuckle.

"Ah, Kai... you're done for...," she whispered to herself before sending away a message to Jennie.

< Hey girl, I just called my dad and he said he'll tell Kai's dad about it ASAP! >

< Woo, that's awesome!! I've got the tape, so I'll just send it to Jisoo so she can have it as evidence >

< Aye, that's great! But, you should show it to Ms. Evans, so she knows about Taehyung's injuries >

< Uh huh, you're right. I'll do that. >

< BTW, how'd you get into the security room? >

< Ms. Evans gave me the keys >

< Oh, but won't she be suspicious of why you have the tape then? >

< Nah, I've already got a plan >

Lisa put her phone in her pocket and smiled, Jennie was the smartest amongst them, she always had a plan for everything.

This was going to be fun!
