Interrogation

"Who?" the boy asked.

"Spider." the female Na'vi whispered.

"The other person." I responded.

"Not yet." the man said. "First, we have a few questions for you."

"Fine." I said. "But, I need to make sure Adair is here and not lying dead somewhere."

And so, Spider and the male Na'vi gripped my arms and lead me to another room, similar to mine.

There they were, still asleep on the table. I could see that there was no damage to their body, just got knocked out.

"Alright." I said. "I'll answer your questions."

I sat in a small, dark room, my hands in handcuffs. In front of me is a table and the man sitting across from me. A single lightbulb shined above me. It was a lot like those interrigations in movies.

"First question," the man started.

"Wait." I interrupted. "I want to know who I'm talking to."

The man glared at me, but could see that it was the only way I would answer him. "Norm." he said.

"I'm Willow."

"Cool." Norm flipped through some papers, then continued to speak. "Who do you work for?"

"The RDA." I said. "Duh."

"Really?" Norm asked. "How old are you?"

"15."

"Where were you trained?"

"On Earth."

Norm just gawked at me. "You were just nine when they trained you?" he asked.

I clapped my hands sarcastically. "Great job!" I exclaimed. "You can do simple math!"

Norm couldn't hear me. He was still reeling in shock. "You were just a kid."

I felt the need to defend the RDA. "I went there by choice." I said. "They left the decision up to me."

"What about your family?"

"I'm an orphan." I said. "Abandoned."

And, just like that, I soon told Norm everything about the trainee, the program, etc. And then, done with the questions, Norm left me there for a few minutes.

Outside, I could hear him talk to the others. Then, the door opened. "Nice of you to come back." I said. "Want more answers?"

I turned, expecting to see Norm. Instead, I see the boy. "Actually, yeah." he said, sitting down.

In the light, I could see him more clearly. He wore no shirt and was covered in abs and stripes.

Not going to lie. If I wasn't in love with Cass, I probably would have gone ga-ga over him.

"Who are you?" I asked.

"Spider." he said. "But, my real name is Miles."

The realization hit me hard. "You're Quaritch's son!" I exclaimed.

"Yeah." he muttered. "Not exactly proud about that."

"Oh, man!" I sat back in shock. "I thought you were on Earth!"

"Can't put babies in a cryo." he stated flatly.

"Well, what do you want?" I asked once I was over the shock.

"Is Quaritch...alive?" he asked. "Not that I'm excited or anything.. I'll be more than happy if that son of a bitch is still dead."

I gave him a funny look, but said "Yeah, he's alive."

Spider covered his face with his hand and mumbled "Shit."

Suddenly, a loud sound came from outside the room, followed by many voices yelling. Spider ran out of the room, then immediately came back, and grabbed my arm.

"Ow!" I yelled. "What?"

"Adair woke up." he said. "And right now, he's killing my family."
