Spider?

I turned around, just as the body flung itself to the window again. The body was light colored and...covered in blue stripes?

"Is that Spider?" I asked.

"Who?" Chad asked.

"One of the guys who captured us." Adair said. "And, yeah, I think so!"

Spider flung himself again, then started to yell at the cameras in Na'vi.

"Why is no one here?" I asked.

"They must have captured him a while back." Vivi said. "Not telling us."

"Why not, though?"

Vivi shrugged. "Never mind. Let's help him."

Everyone didn't argue because everyone agreed. We wanted to get out because we knew the truth. We were on the Na'vi's side. 

And so was Spider.

Adair grabbed the ID card left on the table that showed the cameras' footage and opened the door. Once the door was open, Spider ran out.

Chad grabbed him and he started to kick and hiss, which was funny because Spider was much taller than Chad.

After watching the hilarious scene for a few minutes, I spoke out. "Spider!" I yelled. "It's me and Adair."

He stopped struggling and took a moment to look at me and the others. "Oh." he said. He glanced back at Chad. "My bad, man."

"It's fine." Chad muttered, letting go of him and rubbing his feet, where Spider kicked him.

"What's on your face?" Spider asked, pointing at my cheek where Cass "drew" the heart.

"Crazy ex-girlfriend." I replied. "Long story, but come on."

"What are you guys doing?" he asked.

"Escaping." I said. "And joining the Na'vi."

He smiled. "Then let's go!" He ran over to a rack and grabbed a mask. Chad followed him, grabbing two masks, one for him, and one for Vivi.

Once they put them on, we ran outside. But, it wasn't easy. Once we reached the door, an alarm started to ring.

"Guess they found out that I escaped." Spider muttered.

"Hurry!" Vivi shrieked. "The doors will lock when the alarm goes off!"

I quickly opened the door and we all ran out. "There!" someone yelled. I turned to see a guy with a gun. One of the patrols.

"Go!" Adair yelled. We took cover behind a small car. Inside the car, there were many guns. The small kind.

Better than no weapon. I thought.

I opened the door (it was unlocked. What idiots.) and took one gun. Then, very quickly, I put my arm out of the car and in the guy's direction. And then, I shot.

He fell to the ground. I shot a couple more times just in case, and we ran over to him. Adair picked up the guy's gun and we started to head toward the forest.

"Hey!" Oh no.

We turned to see a gang of people with guns aiming to us. "Stop or we'll shoot!" one guy said.

"You guys go." Adair whispered. "I'll cover you."

"What?" I asked. "No!"

"I'll cover you guys." Spider said.

"Won't they kill you?" Vivi asked.

"How could they?" he smirked. "I'm Quaritch's son."

Chad and Vivi stared at him in shock. Oh, right. They didn't know.

"Go." Spider whispered. He walked to the men, hands up. "Go!" he yelled.

We took off into the forest, disappearing in the leaves. Spider was right. The men didn't shoot, deciding they didn't want to risk killing the son of a bitch's son.

We ran for some time, then stopped near a pond to rest. "What now?" Chad asked.

"We find the lab." Adair said. "That's where the human guys are."

"Come on." I said. "Let's go before they find us."
