"Are you alright? You look scared." Anton asked while caressing my arms. We are here in the parking area. I swallowed the big lump on my throat as I am drowning with my thoughts.

I'm still catching my breath. I can say that I somehow felt relieved but I'm still bothered with what that rugged vendor said.

We don't have enemies. Our family has competitors, many, but we never receive any death threats, let alone hate messages from someone.

Our family has even been active with helping various charities for generations. I can't think of a single entity that would go these lengths.

That man either had me mistaken for someone else, or he truly knows who I am and my family background. For that I felt frightened to the core.

"Hey. Talk to me, please." Anton whispered. Ni hindi ko magawang sumagot dahil sa pinaghalong takot at pagkalito.

"Engineer. Pasensya na pero kailangan ko na iuwi si ma'am. Hinahanap na siya ni sir kanina pa. Maggagabi na rin." Singit ni Matt.

I felt Anton sighed as he hugged me tight. "Alright. Can I drive?"

I didn't hear Matt respond but I guess he agreed. Anton guided me to his car, and Matt went to my SUV. Before I take the passenger seat, hiningi ni Matt ang susi ng kotse ko.

"W-What about the c-car you b-brought?" My voice is still shaking when I asked my bodyguard.

"Pinakuha ko na sa kapalitan ko ma'am. Wala kanang dapat ipagalala." Ngumiti siya sakin ng pilit ngunit bakas ang pangamba sa mata niya. I don't usually see emotions from him. He's usually stoic, but now, it's different.

"Are you hungry? We can grab a takeout. Kumain ka habang nasa byahe." Anton asked as he started maneuvering the steering wheel. I feel bad. We're supposed to have dinner together but I'm no longer in the mood.

Mahina akong umiling. Wala nakong gana. Hindi ko ata masikmurang kumain. "S-Sa bahay nalang."

"Can you tell me what happened?" Anton tried to probe once more, pero wala akong masagot.

I heard him sighed. "Whenever you're ready, Reina. I want you to know that you can trust me. If you need someone to talk to, I can listen." I felt him glance at me from time to time pero nanatiling tuwid ang tingin ko sa kalsada.

The ride is not that long o siguro dahil lutang parin ako at hindi makapagisip ng tama, hindi ko namalayan na nasamin na kami.

Agad kumunot ang noo ko ng makitang may tatlong sasakyan sa labas ng mansyon namin. We have a visitor?

Anton parked in his usual spot, just before the vicinity of our tall automatic fences. Pinatay niya ang makina at bumaling sakin.

Slowly, my still trembling hands unbuckled my seatbelt. "T-Thank you. I'm.. I'm sorry.. I don't think we c-can have dinner t-"

"It's alright. We can have dinner some other time. I want you to rest, and not to overthink." He smiled wearily. Hindi ko alam kung bakit ako naiiyak ng makita siyang halos magsumamo na aluin ako. Hindi ko mabasa ang mata niya.

He leaned on me to kiss my forehead. "Whatever happens, I'm always right here. You'll always have me."

I sniffed while nodding. That made me feel better somehow. Unti unti kong binuksan ang pinto ko kung saan nakaabang na si Matt na nasa isang tenga ang dalawang daliri at tila may kausap parin sa earpiece.

I stepped out of Anton's car and immediately saw two of our bodyguards approaching.

"Bilis tol. Kami na dito. Pasok mo si ma'am."
