I woke up in a good disposition. I can say that I'm well rested and well adjusted living in this penthouse. Nagalarm naman ako pero nakaidlip ako ulit ng mapatay ito kaya si manang ang gumising sakin para sa agahan.

"Nagtatanong na ang daddy mo kanina pa kung gising kana. Hinihintay ka. Tawagan mo ha hija." Ngiti ni manang Lupe ng maghain sa harap ko ng breakfast. I picked up my phone from the table and dialed dad's number. One ring and he picks up the call.

"Reina."

"Morning, dad. I'm having my breakfast. Kakagising ko lang po." Kwento ko habang kinakapa ang mata para sa posibleng muta.

"Good morning, princess. You'll be driving?"

I smiled. "Yes! Bibilisan ko ang kilos so I won't be late." I still have an hour and a half. It's Monday and I know the flow of traffic sucks in our city, so I need to double time.

I heard him sigh. "Mag-ingat ka sa pagdadrive. Huwag kang mabilis magpatakbo. SVU is just near-"

"Opo I know. I'll go na so I can take a bath after. Eat your breakfast din."

"Okay. Take care in school. Bye, Reina."

"Bye, dad. Love you!"

Pagkatapos kumain ay naghanda na akong maligo. I saw Anton's good morning message.

"Good morning! Good luck on your first day of school." My lips curved into a smile after reading his text. Mamaya ko na siya rereplyan dahil malelate na ako.

Dumiretso na ako ng banyo para maligo. I'm scanning myself in front of the mirror. I blowdried my hair and tied it in a high ponytail. Black skirt at white blouse ang uniform namin. I'm wearing the black heels dad and I bought recently. Nakaskintoned stockings din ako dahil part ng uniform. It's hot because of that but I have no choice than to wear it.

Nang makuntento sa ayos ay lumabas na ako ng kwarto. Manang even asked if I wanted to take some packed lunch and hell I said no. I got my keys and stepped out of my unit.

Matt will be driving our van tailing me. Ako ang magdadrive ng SUV ko. Yay!

"Paalis na kami sir. Papunta na hong parking." Dinig kong sabi ni Matt sa likod ko.

Nakatuon ang atensyon ko sa pagdadrive at dahil Lunes ay medyo traffic nga. It's good that I allotted time or else I'm gonna be late on my first day.

I arrived ten minutes before my first period at nagmamadali akong magpark. I'm not really that good when it comes to parking but pwede na yan. Marami pang space para sa ibang sasakyan. Matt will be waiting for me outside the campus

There's usually a flag ceremony every Monday pero ayoko nang maghintay sa grounds at umakyat na sa tamang floor ng classroom ko.

"314.. 315.. 316." I stopped in front of the dedicated classroom for my first period. I'm excited and nervous at the same time.

I took a deep breath bago ko binuksan ang pinto ng classroom. There are few students already waiting inside. Siguro ang iba ay nasa flag ceremony sa baba or baka late.

I chose the chair beside the right window kung saan tanaw ang parkway rotunda ng university. Umupo ako at nakapangalumbaba sa desk habang nagsiscroll sa cellphone.

"I'm in my classroom waiting for my professor." Nireplyan ko si dad na nagtatanong kung nasan na daw ako at kung maayos bang nakapagdrive.

"Are you at school now?" I read Anton's text. I replied 'yes'.

"Hello. Is this seat available?" A girl smiled at me. Obvious ba? Walang nakaupo diba?

I stopped myself from frowning at tumango nalang. "Yup."
