Chapter 2: The Nightmares

3 years later in the Speed Force

At CCPD

Barry was at his desk working.

He was looking through his analyzer and started writing in a book, then a voice said, "Dad?"

Barry looked up and saw Nora.

Barry was shocked and asked, "Nora?"

She smiles and Barry stands up and asks "How--how are you--"

Nora says "Don't worry, Dad. I know we've been through a lot, but everything's gonna work out like it's supposed to. I promise."

Barry smiles and says "It's really you. I'm not with Iris anymore, how are you here?"

Nora says "Just cause you're not with Iris anymore, doesn't mean I won't exist, Dad."

Barry smiles wider at her.

Nora smiled wider and said, "I love you."

Barry says "I love you too. I've missed you so much." as he brings her in for a hug

Then Barry's vision blurred and it went pitch black

In the Speed Force

He woke up in a bed next to Alexa.

Barry looks around and notices he's not at CCPD.

Barry looks at Alexa and shakes her.

Barry says "Alexa."

She slowly wakes up and says "Hey, Barry."

Barry smiles and says "Hey, this is gonna sound crazy."

Alexa says "Okay, what is it?"

Barry smiles and says "I think we're pregnant."

Alexa says "What makes you think that?"

Barry says "It was this dream, I had about Nora, my daughter. From the future."

Alexa says "And you think, 'cause of the dream, we're pregnant?"

Barry nods and says "Well we've done the deed, several times, in all sorts of positions."

Alexa smiles and says "Yes, we did. I remember. How could I forget?"

Barry says "Well, this could explain why you are feeling so sick."

Alexa sighs and says "You're right. But I don't think so, I'm a Force of Nature, Barry. I'm pretty sure I would know if I'm pregnant. How would you know before me?"

Barry smiles and says "It's just a hunch. I don't know if it is true, but it's a possibility."

Alexa says "Yes, it is a possibility as to why I'm sick, but do you really think that?"

Barry nods and says "I think we should go to Central City."

Alexa says "It's been a while. Might as well. I'll get ready."

Barry sped around getting ready and he got her ready too, and he stopped and said, "We're ready, now."

Alexa chuckles and says "Okay, let's go."

In Central City

At CCPD

Barry had run to CCPD.

Alexa had gone to STAR Labs.

Barry noticed cases were waiting for him so he quickly got through them all real fast and went to work on the test for Alexa.
