Barry was just shocked and Dean didn't want to say anything.
Thawne sets his drink down and says "You got a lot of nerve showing up here, Allen."
Barry says "It's been you this whole time. Despero, Armageddon, Joe."
Then Iris in the crowd yells "Don't you dare say my father's name, you murderer."
Barry says "Guys, it's us. Barry."
Dean says "Dean."
Barry points at Chloe and says "Chloe is my girlfriend. We've all fought Thawne together."
Cecile says "Oh, my God. He actually believes the things he's saying."
Dean says "Guys, it's us. We came from the year 2021."
Ryan C. asks "And who the hell are you, Dean?"
Barry says "Thawne is my cousin."
They all look at Thawne.

They all look at Barry.

Barry and Dean look at each other and then burst out laughing.
