Inwardly, Cid was smiling at the hooded men surrounding him and Alexia at an area one of Midgar Capital's streets.

The train station back to the academy is a few kilometers away, and they were really trapped by their enemies.

Thankfully, Alexia still has her sword with her, keeping her safe, if not then she would have died a little early on.

And now Cid charged first, surprising Alexia who immediately took out her sword to fight against these hooded men.

"Cid, wait!" Alexia yelled out, seeing him attack their assailants so recklessly, even they looked like they wanted to mock him for it!

She saw the mob slash his sword towards one of the assailants, his sword immediately blocked by his opponent's sword.

With a ruthless kick, Cid is launched towards her, landing to the ground with a thud.

"Damn, that boy is weak! How did someone like you even care to like him, anyways?!" One of her assailants mocked Cid, triggering an emotional response from the princess.

Her expression deepened while she looked for a way out, before that she pulled Cid until he was near a wall, barely blocking a strike from an assailant.

"Pooch, stay here. I'll make this quick." She stated, taking a stance that imitated her brother, crouching down a bit and pointing her sword towards her enemy.

In a mere moment, she enhanced her body with Magical Power, lunging forwards and appearing right behind her assailant.

"What....what happened?" Said assailant wondered, before his top half came sliding off his body.

Alexia forced herself to ignore what she'd done, as she thought her enemy rightfully deserved this.

It had surprised his colleagues, yet due to their deranged minds they couldn't really care less before attacking Alexia who looked like she was open for them to attack.

But in reality, she wasn't. Turning around, she briefly charged her arms and sword with Magical Power, and blocked the swords that simultaneously struck her.

She had to use both hands in order to be on equal strength with the several assailants, though her senses told her that an attacker is beside her.

In response to this, she briefly filled her body with Magical Power, pushing the opponent's swords off and hopping backwards, her sword stabbing that person's chest without much trouble.

Glaring at the remaining attackers, she began a short series of clashes with them, parrying and blocking many strikes, then eventually ending their lives.

When the amount of assailants reached two, one of them took Cid and wrapped his arm on the boy, almost choking him as he felt quite proud that a hostage event was happening.

'I wonder, what will our resident heroine do in this situation? If she accepts their demand, then her Heroine Points will be lowered, sadly.' Cid commented, acting like a helpless hostage in the outside.

"Uwaah! Alexia, he-help me!"

"Be silent!" Their assailant yelled at him, punching his side as he squealed.

He made his body shiver in "fear", grasping at the arm that is about to choke him.

Seeing this, Alexia felt like she should try to rescue Cid as the three were keeping distance away from her.

"You're strong, princess. But you really have to consider this choice: come with us, or your little boyfriend dies!" One of her assailants yelled out, and she....
