Amrish was very happy. Everything was going his way. Pandya Store was torn down, the mall construction was to start soon, and lastly, he had faked his kidnapping to be able to emotionally blackmail Dhawal to give Natasha a divorce. Nothing could stop him now.
It had been a few weeks since Natasha was kicked out of her home, after Dhawal had given her the divorce papers. Amba, Bhavin, and Amrish were very happy at the ongoings, while the rest were worried about Dhawal.
Amrish was working at home after coming from the mall site. Dhawal was stuck. He loved his brother and would do anything for him. But he had to give up his wife, so his brother would come home, but he was also worried about his wife. He didn't want to divorce his wife. But his wife wanted to leave him. So he had given Natasha the divorce papers that Amrish had given him. After giving them to Natasha, Dhawal tried calling Natasha, but she refused to pick up.
Dhawal was about to leave when he noticed a few people at the door. Hetal Bhabi had let them in. He noticed that his brother was very happy to see them, Dhawal noticed that the older gentleman was familiar to him, but he couldn't figure out who it was.
He finally figured out that it was the MLA of the area. He figured that the MLA probably heard about the kidnapping attempt on Amrish and came to pay his respects.
The MLA and his friends sat down, and the MLA Janardhan Dwivedi asked Amrish if he was ok. And Amrish had responded that he was well. By then, Amba and the others had joined them, while the ladies were watching on the sidelines.
"Mr. Amrish Makwana, as a courtesy, I have come here to let you know in person that I am canceling all your ongoing projects. "
"What!" yelled Amrish while Bhavin and Chirag looked shocked.
"Why?" asked Amrish
"Nobody hurts my granddaughter and gets away with it!" stated Janardhan
"I don't even know your granddaughter!" said Amrish
"You never looked beyond what you are shown." asked Janardhan
"I don't understand," asked Chirag while everyone else seemed in agreement.
"I am talking about Pandya Store." responded Janardhan
"What does Pandya Store have to do with you."
"Did you not do any background check with you got your youngest brother married to Natasha Pandya. What do you know of the Pandya family."
"They are a strong family. They believe in relationships and love over money, " answered Dhawal.
"Yes, they believe in relationships and love over money. I believe you are right, Dhawal."
"Yes, sir. Sorry sir, I need to leave"
"I am sorry, you can't leave yet," answered Janardhan "I have a few things to say."
Dhawal sat down near by.
"So there is a reason I am canceling your permits for all ongoing projects. You see, my daughter is Rishita Pandya, Dev Pandya's wife and Natasha and Sheesh's mother. Beyond that, she was one of the family members who lost their lives trying to save your father's life. I have been a deceitful person, but I have not gone so low that I would destroy the family that tried to save my family member, yet that is what you have done."
Everyone looked shocked. Dhawal looked upset.
"Mr. Amrish, Natasha is my granddaughter. I may not have been in her life on a regular basis, but I know what is going on in her life."
