Sheesh ran into Pandya Store, panting as he tried to catch his breath. His sister was manning the store today. He was lucky that his Daama wasn't in the store.
"Di, I've made a big mistake. I don't know how to fix it or if you will forgive me." cried Sheesh
"Tell me, so we can figure out a solution," ordered Natasha
"Well, I got a loan to order supplied, and the supplier disappeared. We didn't get the supplies. And now the lender is asking for the amount with interest back, and I can't pay him since I don't have the money." cried Sheesh
"Are you crazy? What was the need to go to the lender. Things are doing well here? And why didn't you ask us before taking this decision. God, what will Daama say?" yelled Natasha
"Please don't tell Daama. I made a mistake. Please, " cried Sheesh.
"Fine. How much is the loan?" asked Natasha
"50 Lakhs." said Sheesh
"50 Lakhs" whispered Natasha in shocked.
"I'm sorry, Di. I promise never to do something like this again. Please help me this time." said Sheesh.
"Ok. Call your lender. Set up a meeting with the lender, and try to work out a solution." said Natasha, "And I promise we won't tell Daama, "
Sheesh called the lender right away and was able to set up a meeting at the lender's house for the morning.
"Di, we have the meeting for 10 am in the morning.
The next morning, they arrived at a huge house and were let in.
"Sheesh, are you sure this is the right place? This doesn't look like the right place." said Natasha, not realising that the owners of the house had heard her. "Maybe we should leave."
"Hello," said Amrish
Natasha and Sheesh froze. Natasha held Sheesh's arms in fear.
"Hello, sir." said Sheesh.
"Hello." said Natasha quietly
"Hetal, please bring us tea and snacks." Amrish said to a lady who nodded and left the room.
Natasha looked up properly and saw a full room. There was an elder lady, two older gentlemen, and two young men sitting around the room along with another lady who had gotten up to follow Hetal.
Natasha pulled on Sheesh's arm. "Sheesh, I think you got the wrong place. We just invaded their privacy. Let's apologise and leave." Natasha said quietly
"Ms. Pandya, you are at the correct place. Don't be nervous." said one of the older gentlemen.
"Have a seat." said the matronly lady
As Sheesh and Natasha sat on the sofa, the whole setup was making Natasha nervous. Why was the meeting at their house? Why was everyone there? She felt like she interrupted their brunch.
"Ms. Pandya, I know you are confused, but there is a reason for this. But for now, relax. I am Amrish Makwana. This is my younger brother, Bhavin. He's a doctor, a psychiatrist."
Natasha looked at her brother, "You brought me to a shrink? Do you think I need a doctor? Why lie about it? I don't need a shrink?" whispered at her brother.
The younger of the men overheard and smiled. Amrish ignored Natasha whispers.
"This is my mother, Amba Makwana,"
"Namaste, Maji." said both Pandyas
"My nephew, Chirag, and my son, Dhawal."
Natasha and Sheesh said hello to them.
