The party was going great - Youra and Renjun stayed with her major's friends throughout the whole time while more and more alcohol poured down their throats. She was usually too shy to dance in public, but the power of alcohol gave her a confidence boost like no other. Renjun's red face painted a shy smile once Youra grabbed his hand and pulled him to the dance floor.
After three hours of the party most people were already too drunk to stand, not to mention dance, so the floor wasn't as packed as before. Unlike Youra, Renjun still felt a bit out of place and embarrassed to be dancing while others could easily watch if they wanted to. But, when the girl started moving her body to the music without a care in the world, he decided to loosen up too.
Jeno, Youngseo and Siwon sat at one of the tables, surrounded by other students who desperately wanted to be on their good side or maybe even become a part of The Wolf Pack one day. Youngseo lit up a cigarette inside the club which was so against the rules, but of course he didn't care at all.
When he looked around, he spotted Youra dancing with her roommate - a guy the three musketeers knew pretty well too. He laughed and nudged Jeno, pointing to the dance floor. "Look, isn't that the bitch from before? And that's the weirdo from last year too, right?"
Jeno nodded, glueing his eyes to the girl who danced with her eyes closed. Siwon, noticing the boy's attention was all on the new girl, clenched her teeth and stood up, wanting to cause a scene. Although, suddenly, she felt a strong grip around her wrist. "Don't." Jeno blurred out, staring her deeply in the eyes.
Siwon's breathing became harsh as she tore her hand out of the boy's grip. She sent him a cold glare and rushed out of the club, having two minions of hers follow right behind.
Youngseo smiled as he watched Youra and Renjun having fun, laughing and whispering to each other as their bodies swayed separately to the music. A scoff escaped his lips before he leaned to Jeno to say "that idiot won't even lay a hand on her." to which Jeno didn't respond at all, he just continued to watch as well. Suddenly Youngseo leaned in again to add "watch this."
Jeno sighed and grabbed a cigarette from his own pack. While lighting it up, he kept his eyes on the two minding their business and his best friend who was about to ruin their fun.
Renjun's face suddenly dropped once he noticed Youngseo smirking from behind Youra. Youngseo took a drag of his cigarette while he got even closer to the girl, trying to dance with her. When she felt someone behind her, she didn't think too much of it, it was a party after all and dancing with a guy wasn't something she'd hate, but seeing Renjun's angered face, she furrowed her brows. And just as she was about to turn around, the boy whispered to her ear "I didn't know you can dance like that."
Surprisingly, she already recognized the voice, even though she only heard it once, earlier that day. She quickly turned around, wanting to slap the boy as hard as she could when she felt a sudden burning feeling on her forearm. "Ow! What the fuck?!"
