Chapter 12: Graduation

*Kayla's POV*

So today I'm going to Johns graduation. I arrived there and sat down. Katelyn sat next to me and we watched the whole thing. After it John ran up to me and picked me up. I was wearing my black skater skirt, white crop top and white converse. "Kayla!" He said in my ear. "You did it John!" I said hugging him. Katelyn took pictures and gave me my phone back. "I'm going to miss you!" He said in my neck. "Me too." I said. I felt water on my shoulder so I let go.

"Hey are you crying?" I asked. "Yea." he sniffled. "Don't forget about me John!" I said. "I won't." he said. He may be a bad boy but he sure is a softy. "Wanna go to your friends?" I asked. He shook his head and hugged me. "Hey John." Joe said walking over. John hugged me tighter. "I didn't know you had a strong friendship with her." He said. "Well I do." he said. "hey go take pictures with your friends I'm right here." I said in his ear. He nodded and left. "So your Kayla?" I heard someone say. I turned around and saw these two people. "Yea and your Johns parents?" I asked.

"Yea he talks about you all the time! I thought you guys were dating!" She laughed. "I have a boyfriend." I said. "He sure does like you!" He said. I laughed. "Did you take any pictures?" I nodded. "That's cute." she said. "Mom can I stay over Kayla's tonight?" He asked appearing out of no where. "Of course." she said then they left.

He hugged me and put his hat on my head. "So how did it go with your friends?" I asked. "Eh." he said. "What happened?" I asked. "They called me a softy." He said. "Its okay." I said. "Then my ex came over." he rolled his eyes. I laughed. He hugged me again and started crying. "I'm really going to miss you!" He sniffled. "You have my number and I will always be there to help." I smiled. "They thought we were dating." he laughed. "Well we're not." I said. "Can we take more pictures?" I nodded. He gave his phone to his friend.

We took a nice one, me wiping his tears and him laughing at me, me wearing his snapback and us hugging. He posted the one of me wiping his tears away.

"Wanna go back to my place?" I asked. He nodded. "Well we have to walk then." I said and he laughed. "Let's go graduate." I said and he smiled. We got to my house and I saw no ones home but Ash. "Well I'm home alone so." I said. "That's fine." He said and sat down. "MOVIE MARATHON!" we yelled. He got the popcorn and I got the movies.

We watched Aladdin first. I heard him sniffling so I paused it and scooted closer to him. I hugged him and he hugged me too. "Are you okay?" I asked. He shook his head. "Wanna talk?" I asked looking at him. He nodded. "Lets talk!" I said and Ash jumped on me. "Sit boy." I said and he laid down. "Im really going to miss my best friend and my tutor. I'm going to miss my friends and everyone. I want to stay with you." he said crying. "Hey we can hang out over the summer okay I'm always here and I'm going to miss you too." I said. "You need a haircut." I said playing with his hair. He laughed.

"OH MY GOD." I yelled. "What?" He asked. "I have a doctors appointment tomorrow Wanna come?" I asked wiggling my eyebrows. He laughed and nodded. "Can I get clothes please from my house then come back." He said. "Yea go ahead." I said. He left and Cameron called me.

K: Hey bro
C: I'm coming home tomorrow
K: Yus
C: how's it going
K: good John is staying over since he's upset about graduation and I have a doctors appointment tomorrow.
C: well I will see you tomorrow and Hayes can't wait to see you
K: Aw tell him I say hi
C: okay
K: Bye
C:Bye

The doorbell rang and I opened it and my mom walked in with John behind her. "Hey Mom!" I smiled. "Hi sweetie." she said and went upstairs. "Hey John!" I said. "Hey." he said and I brought his bag upstairs to my room. "My mom is doing work so she's going to be in her room all night. Get comfy." I said. "Can we eat?" He asked. "If you carry me!" I said and got on his back. "FOOD!" he yelled. I laughed. "What do you want?" I asked. "Hmmmmm Mac and cheese!" He said. "Alright." I turned around and made the Mac and cheese.

"Can I see your phone?" I asked. "Yea." he gave me it and I spammed his phone. I finished and the Mac and cheese was done. I poured his bowl and mine. "Stalker?" "Stalker!" We went upstairs and watched Stalker until we were done eating.
