Chapter 13: The boy

*Kayla's POV*

I woke up and John was next to me. "John doctors lets go." I said. We got in the car and drove there. "Kayla Dallas." The nurse said. We walked in there and she looked at my ankle. "We are going to put a boot on real quick and then you can go." she said walking out. "Hey your strong Batman don't worry." John said holding my hand. I laughed as he was referring to my sweatshirt. I looked at phone and I had a frown. "Hey what's up?" He asked. "Hayes." I said. He took my phone and looked at it. "Well it's not photoshopped I'm sorry Kayla." he said hugging me.

I called Hayes real quick.

H: Hello?
K: So hayes your breaking up with me
H: I'm sorry
K: It's fine
H: I still love you
K: But we're over

I hung up and the doctor came in with a ton of stuff. John held my hand the whole time. "Okay you can go." she said hanging my my shoe. "John can you give me a piggy back ride please!" I said. He crouched down and I got on his back. We took a picture and he posted it.

"Can we go on a date tomorrow?" He asked. "OF COURSE." I said and dropped him off at his house.

So Hayes came home and broke up with me. I grabbed Ask's leash and we went to the park. I was walking him and wiping my tears. I bumped into someone. "Im sorry." he said. I looked up and saw a really cute boy looking at me. "I-it's um its okay." I said. "Are you lost?" I asked. "Uh yea." He said. "New?" I asked. He nodded. "Ah so how can I help you? I'm Kayla Dallas by the way!" I said. "I'm Romeo Beckham and I lost my brother Cruz." He said looking down. "This your dog?" He asked. "Yea this is Ash." I said and Ash started licking his face. "He's cute."

"So can you help me?" He asked. "Yea." I said. "Great!" He smiled. "So what happened to you?" He asked. "I twisted my ankle and they gave me this for I don't know why." I laughed. "Any your crying why?" He asked. "My boyfriend broke up with me." I said. "Aww it's okay and I didn't loose my brother I just wanted to meet you." he said. "Aw that's cute." I said. "I NEED TROLLIS RIGHT NOW." I screamed. He laughed. "Let's go." I said.

We got to CVS and I told Romeo to hold Ash outside. I came out and saw him talking to another kid. "Hey I got you one." I said. "Thanks I never had them before." he said. "Bye." he said and I grabbed Ash. "Wanna go to my place?" I asked. "Uh yea sure." he said.

We got to my house and I saw Cameron outside. "Hey Cam." I said. "SIS!" He yelled. He hugged me and I hugged back. "Oh my god your friends with a Beckham!" He whispered and I laughed. "Yea." I said. "He's a keeper." he said. "Alright let's go inside." I said. "Your really pretty Kayla." He said. I blushed. "Your handsome Romeo." I said. We are our candy then went outside. "Wait paparazzi." he said. "Ugh your no fun." I said. "Hey I am fun just my dad keeps me from doing all the cool stuff."

"See." I said. "Alright Dallas teach me fun stuff." he said. "Alright." "After tomorrow." He said. "I gotta go." he said again.
