You were certainly releived to return to Ramshackle Dorm. Watching as Grim had ran off ahead to go upstairs already. You were kind of certain he was up to something, but decided not to question it.

You turned your attention back towards the three ghost now. Giving them a thankful smile.

"I want to thank you three for your help during the tournament. Though, I'm sorry it ended so terribly."

"It's no problem mister!" They chimed in unison.

"That's good." You sighed softly. Deciding you probably should go to sleep now. "I'll see you three in the morning then. Goodnight. "

"Goodnight mister."

With that being said, you quickly ascended up the creaky stairs and down the hall. Already hearing the soft snores coming from your room.

"Well, that was certainly quite a day," you mumbled to yourself.

Quietly entering your room to of course find Grim fast asleep. Causing you to smile again with a shake of your head. Lightly patting the monster's head.

"Goodnight, Grim."

You carefully moved to remove your uniform jacket. Pausing when you felt the familiar texture of the envelope Deuce had given you. To which you carefully pulled out of the pocket.

"Oh... Well, I guess I did say I'd read it when I got back to the dorm. May as well be now."

Opening the sealed envelope to pull out the letter. You carefully unfolded it to meet the neat cursive handwriting that was no doubt Riddle's. Seriously, even his handwriting was overly perfect, you thought. Shaking your head as you scanned your (e/c) eyes over the letter now.

"Dear (Y/n) (L/n) of Ramshackle Dorm,
I know this may come as a strange invitation... Truth be told, I myself don't understand why I've decided to write to you.

But ever since the Unbirthday party, I've seemingly been wishing to speak with you more like you said i could. Which is why I've propose an invitation for a tea party at Heartslabyul Dorm. Just the two of us, of course..

I'd like for you to arrive tomorrow, a half quarter before tea time occurs at noon. Tarts and tea shall be provided as usual.

I do hope to see you then.
Sincerely ~ Riddle Rosehearts"

Your brows furrowed for a brief moment as you sat the letter down. Questioning why Riddle would invite you through a letter of all things when he could have just asked you directly.

Although, the more you processed the situation, you began to understand that all of this was probably far too new for him. And that perhaps you should at least accept the invitation. It couldn't hurt so bad to at least talk with him like he asked, you decided.

With that in mind, you turned back towards the bed to crawl in. Stopping when you suddenly saw the mirror within the room begin to glow. You felt as though you weren't able to tear your gaze away from it.

"Is the mirror... shining?" You wondered aloud to yourself.

Taking a step back when dark shadows seemed to come into view. Only then did you rub your (e/c) hands at your eyes and turn away from the mirror. Immediately climbing into the bed.

"No, I'm not going to deal with that right now," you mumbled in denial.

~Time Skip~

The chirping of birds had been the first thing you had woken up to.

Letting out a tired groan, you forced yourself to sit up in the bed as you saw Grim still soundly asleep. Your gaze shifting to the mirror again to acknowledge that it was completely normal with no black shadows whatsoever.

"I must have simply been dreaming, I'm sure..." your words doing little to reassure you as you hardly beleived them. Yet you were still going to try for now.

You'd just have to ignore all of it and keep reminding yourself that everything was perfectly fine. Anything to just keep yourself moving through the day you supposed.
