King Hwi did not expect her to say this, it's been weeks since she thought about her beloved tutor, every time she planned on collecting intel's and building secret army again it always to rescue him and her cousin, Queen Ha Kuyng face turned to tutor and his face turned back to her beloved queen again in that moment. King Hwi holds queen hand and wipe her tears away, "I would have said exactly the same to him as I'm telling you now my queen" they both exchange a tender look towards each other "I care about you just the way I cared about him my queen" and the queen hugs her as her head lays on her beloved kings chest with the tears roll down her dress but this time it was a tear of relief and comfort she found in her kings arms.
King Hwi is still confused of what she said when 'she cared about the queen just the way she cared about her tutor' What does it mean? no matter how confusing it is, one feeling our king is so certain about is that she never wants to see her queen in tears and suffer in pain ever again. It's been a while and king hwi noticed her queen slept on her arms and our King had no heart to be separated from the exhausted queen. Looking at her queen sleeping peacefully on her chest after a tiring day, she's certain she will protect her from any harm that the queen encounters but for that she has to find what happened to her cousin and the tutor, at this point it's at least finding their bodies to prove the treason against the kingdom.
The next morning,
Queen Ha Kyung wakes up in the arms of King Hwi, it's a blissful sight she never thought she would experience. Her saying she cared about her last night and sleeping arm in arm with her kings embrace is all she ever wanted. King Hwi wakes up with her right arm too sore to move and sees Queen looking at her with the sweetest look she ever saw in her face but good things can't last long as the Eunuch hong and court lady asks permission to enter. when both realized they're in each others arm they quickly move away(way to interrupt a blissful sight out Hong). They both hated moving away and not lost in their embrace for a little while but lets face it, they would be lost in there for a long time if it wasn't interrupted. King Hwi quickly collects herself and says "it seems you hover over to watch me sleep as well my queen" Queen Ha Kyung was so embraced and bury her face in the pillow as both court lady and Eunuch Hong enters the chambers.
As usual Eunuch Hong had snarky remarks about how Queen looks in the morning and not presentable for the audience. Before King Hwi could ask who's the audience and here again the royal Physician entering the chamber after the announcement. "your visits are getting quite frequent" king Hwi makes a snarky remarks. " I'm just following queen mothers orders my king" he quickly checks on both king and the queen and excuses himself. once he leaves Eunuch Hong turns to king Hwi, don't you think its strange the physician always checks the queen too when he supposed to be only checking on you for your health. She has no signs of health issues" Court lady quickly replies to cut of ignorant Hong "he's checking for a pregnancy symptoms under queen mothers order" as they all stand questioning here our queen still embarrassed with what happened before.
In the study:
The day passed with ease unlike yesterday and queen visits the king in her studies "my queen, why trouble yourself to be here? I was going to show up to your chambers anyway" king Hwi looks at her bright smile, "I missed you already and want to see you" Queen Hwi responds. "I still don't trust you, why you always want to be next to king hwi" Eunuch hong asks confused which flusters both king Hwi and Queen Ha Kyung. Court lady sees how discomposed both are then speaks "you should leave them both alone, why did you keep bothering the queen" she drags him away "nowadays they're always alone, why she wants to be with the king alone all the time? I don't trust her intensions." he grunts as they walk out to leave them alone. The silence prevails for a while and Queen breaks the silence "do you think I'm bothering you my king?". King hwi looks up at her "no, your presence will never be a bother my queen" still king hwi is very careful with her words and never to loose her composure. "you said you missed me yesterday, did you mean it my king?" both exchange looks, "I want to believe you meant it, you said it because you actually did miss me rather to make me feel better" tears roll down from queens eyes, "my queen" king hwi moves close to her "last night when you slept in my arms, all i could think of is..... ... find ways to never see you hurt ever again" still being selective with words but looking at queens innocent kind eyes filled with love for her king, she couldn't hold her emotions any longer, king hwi then lifted her chin and kissed queen Ha Kyungs lips as gently as she could.

I'm so sorry thought i completed and posted the story but it was stored in draft and not published. which is a good thing, now i'm adding few more interesting aspects after reading so i can post more by next few days. I have 4 chapters coming your way with happy conclusion but give me a suggestion, want me to get into spicy part or just skip to keep the entire story wholesome through and through!
Let me know so it helps me to add or move around certain parts.. I was too depressed to come to whattpad haha, I just rushed to finish the story before but maybe this story didn't wanted to be rushed I guess. Sorry for making you wait i'm just active on my youtube not here as much.
